Quality control circle activity guidelines
1. Each quality control circle activity must be conducted around a clear activity theme, combined with department work goals, from the aspects of quality, cost, efficiency, and cycle In terms of safety, service, management, etc., each person raised 2 to 3 problem points and listed a list of problem points.
2. The theme of the activity is generated through democratic voting. The theme is selected based on the principle that the quality control circle activity can be solved in about 3 months.
3. Put forward the reasons for selection, discuss and finalize.
4. Develop an activity plan and schedule, and determine the responsibilities and division of labor suitable for each circle member.
5. After the theme is decided, it must be reported to the direct supervisor/manager of the department for review. Only after approval can it become the official theme of the quality control circle activity.
