Nanqi is in Qinshu Valley, and the water is sweet but not good. Anyone who drinks it will get scabies, so there is no one in this place without scabies. When the foreigners arrived, this small group of people and women gathered together and said with a smile, "What a surprise! What a long neck! Focus is not my class! " The foreigner said, "If your neck sticks out, you will suffer from dysentery. You don't ask for good medicine to cure your illness, but you focus on my neck? " People in Nanqi said, "People in my hometown are all natural, so it's useless!" I didn't know it was a disease.

Liu Yuanqing (1544 ——1609), born in Pingxiang, Jiangxi, was a famous educator in Ming Dynasty. He studied hard since he was a child. Qin Long has been admitted to Jiangxi Province for four years (1570). Later, on the recommendation of others, he took petitions and papers to the court to take the exam. However, because "he told Zhang Tan five policies", he didn't get the record, and he was killed anyway. Qin Long founded Fuli Academy in the sixth year (1572). In the second year of Wanli (1574), he took the exam again, but was not admitted, so he gave up his fame and went back to his hometown to study Neo-Confucianism and give lectures.
In the seventh year of Wanli (1579), Zongshen destroyed the academies, and most of them were forced to close down. However, Liu Yuanqing renamed R&F Academy as "Five Grains Shrine" and still gathered people to give lectures. Later, the study ban was lifted and R&F College resumed its original name. Since then, it has become more and more famous.
The strict study rules and good education quality of R&F College make people with lofty ideals from Hunan, Hubei and other provinces come here to study in Wan Li. Domestic scholars admire Liu Yuanqing's knowledge and call him "Taishan Beidou". Liu Yuanqing also founded Benevolence College, Zhongdao College and Yide College. At this point, he was as famous as Wu Kangzhai, Deng and Zhang Benqing in the province at that time, and was called the "Four Gentlemen" in Jiangxi.
With the expansion of popularity, many officials repeatedly wrote to the imperial court to recommend Liu Yuanqing, saying that Liu Yuanqing was a festival of negative customs and embodied the art of saving the world. The emperor attached great importance to it and awarded him the titles of "Dr. Guo Zi" and "Ji Chengde Lang". In particular, he ordered Liu Yuanqing to be an official in Beijing. However, Liu Yuanqing lectures seriously and refuses to be an official. Later, the emperor sent aides to urge him to take up his post again. Liu Yuanqing could not refuse again and again, so he had to be called into Beijing. Soon, I was promoted to the head of the ceremony department. During the three years of the dynasty, he put forward many measures that were beneficial to the feudal dynasty. In "Please Speak to the DPRK", he expounded his political views, restrained tributes and officials, and told the truth that defending the Japanese people was the first priority, which was very beneficial to eliminating disadvantages, stabilizing the border and resisting foreign aggression. Unfortunately, Liu Yuanqing's political ideas were not adopted by the emperor, so he resigned and retired.
