A perfect combination of pine, bamboo and plum sushi.

Hako sushi: "Hako sushi" first puts the rice into a wooden box, spreads various ingredients on it, seals it and presses it tightly, then takes the sushi out of the wooden box and cuts it into pieces. Box, hence the name.

Rolled sushi: Spread a layer of seaweed (seaweed) on a small bamboo curtain, put ingredients in the middle, roll it into a long roll, and then cut it into small pieces.

The making process of sushi:

Prepared materials: Boil the okra with water in advance. Cut the ham into small strips and cut the okra into small strips. Cut 1 piece of toast flat on all sides. Use a rolling pin to press the toast tightly.

Put nori on the bamboo screen. You can cut it according to the size of the toast. I didn't cut it. Slice it, add salad dressing, and sprinkle some homemade vegetarian meat floss. If you don’t have it, add some meat floss or not. Place ham sausage, okra, and sushi root strips under the toast, and slowly roll it up with the help of a bamboo curtain.
