What is the common practice of braised sea cucumber?

Braised sea cucumber is the highlight of my family's New Year's Eve dinner this year. I cooked this dish myself. Braised sea cucumber tastes salty and delicious, which is very delicious.

The raw materials and production steps of braised sea cucumber are as follows:

Materials:

Sea cucumber 100g, green onion 200g, half a slice of ginger, oyster sauce 10g, half a spoon of salt, water starch 1 spoon, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and oil 100g.

Production steps:

Step 1: Soak the sea cucumber and wash it for later use.

Step 2: Boil the water, add the onion and ginger slices, pour the sea cucumber after the water is boiled, and add 1 tablespoon cooking wine to remove the fishy smell. Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat, then remove the sea cucumber and drain the water for later use.

Step 3: Add100g oil to the pot, add chopped green onion and simmer until chopped green onion turns golden.

Step 4: Boil the water, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar and sea cucumber, and simmer for 10 minute. Add two spoonfuls of scallion oil and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 5: Take out the sea cucumber for later use, leaving soup without sea cucumber and soaking for 5 minutes.

Step 6: Take the pot, add shredded onion oil, add light soy sauce, take out the sea cucumber, put it in the pot for 5 minutes, add 5 grams of salt and 0/0 grams of sugar/kloc.

Step 7: After 5 minutes, the sea cucumber shrinks by more than half, thicken, add water starch three times, and pour three spoonfuls of scallion oil three times, and serve.

Tips:

Sea cucumber will melt when it meets oil, so be careful when you put it.
