Name the quality control circle in the operating room

The quality control circle (QualityControlCircle, abbreviated as QCC) refers to a group composed of people at the same work site or work-related areas who automatically and spontaneously carry out quality management activities. Since you are the QCC of the operating room, sometimes some subtle work or effort will affect whether a life can be saved, so it is called "life and death policy". It has the same pronunciation as "book of life and death", which means to encourage one to awaken oneself. The above are just some of my opinions, please forgive me for any inappropriateness.
