The Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives is a cooperative economic organization voluntarily established by farmers to meet the needs of rural production and life. Mainly responsible for selling production tools, daily necessities and purchasing agricultural and sideline products. Supply and marketing cooperatives, as a commercial organization, acquire shares through members' funds, labor, technology or means of production. Based on the principle of equality and mutual assistance, we will jointly establish and manage and provide services for our members. This organizational form is helpful for working people to improve their production and living conditions and seek common economic and social benefits.
Organizational structure of supply and marketing cooperatives:
1. Grass-roots supply and marketing cooperatives: usually rural cooperative economic organizations, composed of farmers voluntarily, mainly providing farmers with means of production, daily necessities and agricultural products sales services;
2. County-level Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives: composed of grass-roots supply and marketing cooperatives within its jurisdiction, responsible for the overall management and services of grass-roots cooperatives and providing financial and logistical support;
3. Municipal Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives: composed of subordinate county-level associations, responsible for resource integration and business coordination in a wider scope;
4. Provincial Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives: It has subordinate municipal associations to allocate resources and formulate policies at the provincial level;
5. National Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives: it is the highest level of supply and marketing cooperative organization, responsible for national strategic planning and macro management.
To sum up, the General Supply and Marketing Cooperatives is a cooperative economic organization spontaneously established by farmers and operates according to the principle of equality and mutual assistance. It aims to meet the needs of rural production and life by selling production tools, daily necessities and purchasing agricultural and sideline products. At the same time, members put in labor and technology for management, so as to improve the production and living conditions of working people and realize the enhancement of economic and social interests.

Article 5
Supply and marketing cooperatives have the right to possess, use, benefit and dispose of social assets according to law, and their legitimate rights and interests are protected by state laws. Any department or unit shall not transfer or occupy the property of the supply and marketing cooperatives, shall not incorporate social assets into the local government financing platform or provide guarantees for the financing platform, and shall not change the affiliation of the supply and marketing cooperatives and their affiliated enterprises and institutions.
