Culture of Class Management

This is the cultural arrangement of class management.

I served as the class teacher of Class 13 in the first year of junior high school. Before they came to school, I prepared a notebook as a class diary and wrote the first diary, which mentioned this The original intention of the class diary and my expectations for them. There is a passage in it that impressed every student in the class, and this sentence has also become the general principle of class construction, that is, "From the moment we step into the classroom door, we are not just an independent individual." , but formed a 1,1 brand new Class 13. "Sometimes I forget what I said, but monitor Jingsi will often mention it: "Teacher, didn't you say that we are a 1? Let’s work together!” So ??as teachers, we must pay attention to every word we say to our children. Sometimes, although you have forgotten what you said, those words may have sprouted and taken root in the children’s hearts. , becoming their indelible memory.

Class 13 and the Class 10 I later led each had a class diary, but the class diary of Class 13 was obviously written more seriously and was worth recalling. Maybe it’s because they have just stepped into junior high school and everything is still fresh, or maybe it’s because they have more time and more energy! At first, everyone took this diary seriously, writing the story of the day. Gradually, it became a platform for students to complain about their teachers, classmates, weather, and food. They dared to write anything on it, and even some journals included comments, drawings, etc. I originally thought that being on duty and writing class diaries every day would be a chore for them, but obviously I was wrong. Later, when I learned that everyone was competing to be a student on duty just for the opportunity to write a class diary, I discovered that the class diary is really one of the rare tools for class management. This is also a success!

The class diary is not only a tool to record the anecdotes of the day, but also becomes a bond between them to maintain the relationship between the class and classmates. It is placed on the podium, and anyone can read it, and anyone can review and write it. Through words, we get to know each other’s other side. The students who are usually silent may appear to be very funny when they appear on the page. The students who are usually careless are as delicate as the attentive classmates. Every time the teacher who comes to invigilate our class sees this diary, he always reads it, and always gives me feedback: "The students in your class are so funny, and your class diary is really fun." Well, the class diary is Tools are an indispensable good thing, both in the horizontal sense of class cohesion and in the vertical sense of event recall. Stick with it and you'll find its meaning.

I once registered each of their birthdays on my desk calendar based on their student status information. Thinking that on the day of their birthday, I would collect all the information about that birthday from the whole class. Classmates sent blessings "Happy Birthday". Later, Stephanie saw my desk calendar by chance. She told other students in the class, and then a few of them who were very curious came to my desk and wanted to find out more about my desk calendar. They said they were so touched that I wrote their birthdays on the desk calendar. Later, some classmates wrote about this incident in their compositions. In fact, it is just a small thing for me, but it is a heartfelt thing for them. They will remember that the teacher has them in their hearts. Even if the teacher does not say happy birthday to them that day, they will remember that the teacher once recorded their birthdays on the desk calendar. Later, I bought another 365-day calendar paper, registered the children's birthdays one by one on it again, and posted it at the back of the classroom, so that they would know each other's birthdays, and then they would receive multiple blessings on that day. .

When Class 13 was about to be divided into classes, it coincided with Christmas and New Year’s Day. I also carefully prepared a small gift for each of them, a unique card and a bunch of Fruit gummies. There are not many words on the cards, but every word on them is written based on their inner state and my expectations. It took me a long time to write these cards. After all, they are tailor-made and carry a lot of my heart. bless. I still remember that they wrote cards to me later. One classmate wrote: "I will always remember what Lao Zhang once told me - the reason why people can do it is because they believe they can." This is also a kind of imprint and transmission!

As the saying goes, he who wins the hearts of the people wins the world. Whenever people interact with others, they always compare their hearts with their hearts.

Therefore, whether you are a teacher or an ordinary social person interacting with other people, sincerity can always be exchanged for sincerity. Only when you put others in their hearts will others put you in their hearts.

Countless issues of blackboard newspapers were published on the back wall of the class in the third and third grades of junior high school. Except for one or two issues that I took the lead in completing, the rest were done by themselves. Our blackboard newspaper competitions often win the first prize in the school, thanks to the several soulful painters in the class. They are not only full of creativity but also very action-oriented. Every time I give them themes and ideas, they always come up with more good ideas and execute them efficiently. Although the blackboard is not a traditional chalk writing blackboard, but an extra-long layout that must be pasted with cardboard to create, this does not affect their performance at all.

As a handicapped person, I lack artistic talent and hands-on ability. It took me a long time to put together the first issue of the welcome blackboard newspaper to take shape. The content was attractive enough and the effect was pretty good. The most creative thing was that the photos of each of them were put together into a big heart shape with pasted on it. The words "we are family" are used to make them feel at home when they first enter the class.

But kids always produce good work, no matter how nonsensical my ideas are. During the military training, we also had the task of displaying boards, which actually showed their summer vacation compositions and military training photos. The artist in the class actually arranged the A4 sheets into robot shapes, and even reused waste and pinned a small red flower that others didn't want on the side of the robot's head, which was particularly charming and joyful.

We once put everyone’s goal cards together to form the class number "13", and also used staples to dent the blown balloons with "HAPPY" "Letters are shaped to celebrate the Double Dancing Party. The most creative thing was the creation of that Christmas and New Year’s blackboard newspaper. Christmas red and green are the main colors, and the background color of the back blackboard is a more authentic Christmas red. They abandoned the base paper and A4 paper pasting technology and completely relied on paper cutting to spell out Santa Claus, his gift bag, small bells, and Christmas tree. and the 2017 chicken mascot, etc. The results are particularly amazing. I just proposed the feeling I wanted for that issue, and the effect they produced was much better than I imagined. I was particularly amazed at their cooperation and tacit understanding. Without their execution, no matter how many ideas I have, I can only be disappointed and my ideas can only remain in my imagination.

The soul artists of Class 13 were later transferred to other classes, but the newly formed Class 10 still has some amazing masters. The theme of the school’s first garden party was the Festival of Customs of All Nations, which displayed Chinese and foreign cultures in the form of exhibition boards. The country chosen by our class was “New Zealand”. Many other classes find materials and send them to advertising companies to print display boards, but our class makes them purely by hand. The result is very beautiful, no less than the printed display boards. The Chinese cultural display boards of this class use plum blossoms, orchids, bamboos, chrysanthemums and corresponding poems as the main creative elements; although the New Zealand cultural display boards are mostly printed on A5 paper, they are full of pictures and texts, which vividly display the Maori culture of New Zealand, because they re-created the paper and Cut out, paired with Maori costumes and movements, the vivid image comes to life on the page, which is extremely eye-catching. The main creator Evan also made a lot of Chinese-style bookmarks and made a small profit at that garden party.

In fact, when it comes to art creation, the purely handmade class flag of Class 13 must not be forgotten. I remember that during the military training, the company of the class was the "Tiger Head Company", so the class flag and uniforms all had the imprint of the tiger head. The tiger head flag they created was lifelike and lifelike, and it attracted a lot of attention at the sports meeting. I am proud of having such a creative class.

Entering the third year of junior high school, facing the high school entrance examination is the most important task. In addition to maintaining a compact learning atmosphere step by step every day, the classroom layout must also reflect this atmosphere. At the beginning of the school year, each of our classes wrote a couplet. The one I chose is "Chanjuan wins the laurels and pursues her dream, the rosy clouds fly into the sky and shines on the journey", and the horizontal comment is "the future is boundless". I hope this couplet will bring them courage and hope. This couplet is posted on the text wall that can be seen when entering the door, which is very eye-catching. In the middle of the couplets are inspirational words that change every month. I also shared with them Gibran's poem "Seven times have I despised my soul." It's interpretation of life is very accurate.

Seventimes have I despised my soul

--Kahlil Gibran

< p> The firsttime when I saw her being meek that she might attain height.

The secondtime when I saw her limping before the crippled.

p>

The third time when she was given to choose between the hard and the easy, and she chose the easy.

The fourth time when she committed a wrong, and comforted herself that others also commitwrong.

The fifth time when she forbore for weakness, and attributed her patience to strength.

The sixth time when she despised the ugliness of a face, and knew not that it was one of her own masks.

And theseventh time when she sang a song of praise, and deemed it a virtue

The wall sticker "1.01365=37.8, 0.99365=0,03, 1.02365=1377.4, 0.98365=0.0006" This set of mathematical formulas impressed me the most. After posting it, I still I specially shared the philosophy with my classmates: "Every day you work a little harder than others, and after 365 days you can achieve a lot more than others. If you work harder, you will get more; and vice versa." This is different from "not accumulating." A small stream cannot become a river or a sea; a small stream cannot reach a thousand miles without accumulation of steps.” The principle is the same. This set of wall stickers also contains the text "A little progress every day makes a big difference in the world." I posted this line of small words on the top of the whiteboard in front of the classroom. Although they do not deliberately pay attention to this line of writing when reading on the blackboard every day, in fact, this line of writing has penetrated into their minds unconsciously, giving them the motivation to seize the time and work hard.

There is also a small blackboard wall in the classroom. At the beginning, I would write a Chinese inspirational text, an English inspirational text, and a knowledge point in the class on it. . Later, the students on duty that day decided what to write every day. I also collected a lot of inspirational quotes for them on the Internet, and also used a daily sentence from Mint Reading. The content on the blackboard will change every day. My original intention is not to let the children remember the content above, but I hope to give them a new perspective in this way every day and enhance their struggle strength. Subtle attention to detail may be the best penetration, so sometimes when a student on duty forgets to transcribe the content of the day, other students will remind him aloud. The students were also reminded of the countdown at the back of the classroom. They were quite emotional as they watched the countdown slowly go from three digits to two digits and then to single digits. Time flies, only cherishing it and not wasting it is the best answer to your future.

In the past three years, I have made a total of 6 videos. 3 are to demonstrate class activities at the parent-teacher meeting, 1 is to cheer them up for the high school entrance examination, 1 is a commemorative video for Class 13, and 1 is a commemorative video for the third-year junior high school graduates.

The production of each video cost me a lot of time and energy, but I enjoyed it very much. It can be regarded as a souvenir for them and myself! What impressed me the most was the high school entrance exam cheering video and the two commemorative videos.

When the countdown to the high school entrance examination was 100 days, the grade group decided that each class would show a 1-2 minute parent cheering video at the 100-day swearing-in meeting, and select parents to say a few words to their children. . I conveyed this notice to parents, and many parents were very cooperative. They actively recorded videos of cheering for their children and sent them to me. But I felt that since it was to encourage children to take the high school entrance exam, the children would want to see their parents, so I secretly planned a video plan. In addition to the original video of cheering for my own children that I voluntarily submitted, I expressed my wish to make a video of parents cheering for the whole class, and asked each family to send me a group photo and what they wanted to say to their children. Parents are quite cooperative. After collecting the photos, I carefully combined each photo with text to create a short video of 1:31 seconds. For the background music, I chose "Wings of Love" written for Han Geng by his fans. This song is particularly touching and very appropriate here. On the 100-day swearing-in day, parents and students of the whole grade gathered in the multi-purpose hall and watched this video together, and they were amazed. I think the children in Class 10 will be moved when they see this blessing that I carefully prepared and when their parents appear on the big screen with blessings!

The commemorative video for Class 13 lasted for ***13 minutes. I didn’t pay attention to the time at first, but when the video finally took shape, I was surprised to realize that this was also a kind of perfection. There are 22 students in Class 13. They are the first class and the first batch of students I have taught. I have devoted 200% of my enthusiasm and love to them, so I know that I must divide them into classes. During the month, I often felt sad and reluctant in my heart. If I have to leave after graduation, I know we are destined to separate. But this kind of separation in the middle, especially when everyone is getting along well and getting along well, makes me accept my incompetence. I wanted to leave something for everyone, so I came up with the original intention of making this video. This video is divided into 4 sections. The funny version is accompanied by Gala's "Young for You", the memory version is accompanied by Luo Dayou's "Story of Time", the group photo version is accompanied by Xiaohu Team's "Fly with confidence", and the whole class takes a group photo The melody of "I've Always Been Here" sounded. I hope that in these short 13 minutes, they can recall the ups and downs of the past year and a half. When I showed them this video, it was the last class meeting. I stood behind and listened to their laughter as they started to laugh, moving silently. Arriving outside the classroom, I watched them slowly fall silent. The dean passed by and said to me: "You don't want to let go, do you?" Yes, I really don't want to let go. But if it is for them to fly better, then letting go is also the best blessing!

I also made the commemorative video played at the graduation ceremony of the whole grade. As I was temporarily assigned to the class, time was tight, so the prefect sent me a lot of photos after I was assigned to a new class. I also got some photos from my previous class teacher before I was assigned to another class. I feel that their three-year junior high school career can only be considered complete if the photos before and after the classification are combined. After careful sifting, I also felt that three years passed by in vain, but it was enough for them to write their own different stories. In three years, to an adult, there may not seem to be much change, but to a teenager, the change can be noticed at a glance in appearance and height. The greenness that they had just entered the first year of junior high school has faded away. The little carrot heads have grown up and some of them are so tall that they can "crush" the teacher. As teachers, we also have a special sense of accomplishment, just like making ceramic works, when pieces of mud are polished and turned into containers with holding space. This is also where the teacher’s happiness and sense of accomplishment lie! As a teacher who has worked with them for three years, I have experienced all the activities they have experienced and experienced their three years of junior high school, which can be considered complete.
