After you are familiar with the first two effect plug-ins, you won’t be confused when you look at them again.

In terms of equalization, you can refer to the Ultrafunk 2 EQ effector for specific operations and parameter settings.

In terms of compression, you can refer to Ultrafunk 2’s compression effector.

Among the several parameters of Gate (noise gate), only Floor (base) is unfamiliar to us. What to do if you are not familiar with it? You will know after trying it.

Tips:

Rel is the abbreviation of Release.

In fact, no further introduction is needed. C1 just integrates the functions of several previous effectors such as compressor/expander, noise gate/expander, and side-chain filter. When we set the compression ratio to a negative value, the compressor becomes an expander. This expander can enhance the rhythm section. When the compression ratio is set to 0.5:1, the snare drum sound in the rhythm section is highlighted.

C1 provides a unique "Key Mode" that can use one signal in the stereo signal as a reference to trigger or mute another signal. This function makes it easy to create the kind of "stuttering" rhythm that is very popular in electronic music.

Sidechain filter: Either or both the compressor and noise gate can be used with the sidechain filter. In this way, C1 can only respond to signals in specific frequency bands to complete a special usage, such as hiss elimination, bass compression and enhancement, etc.

The slight difference is that there is an EQ mode below: Widebnd (wide gear); Sidechain (edge ??circuit); Split (separate). After you select it, the two modes will be represented by red and blue colors. You can adjust the frequency lines in the LED below separately, or you can use the two in association.
