Coconut shell rosary may seem dismissive to outsiders, but in the hands of literary lovers, it is really difficult to get a string of coconut shell rosary with good appearance, and the old coconut shell rosary lovers with good years and good appearance are even more eager.
Coconut shell rosary has a long history. According to Yuan Mei's Poems with the Garden in Qing Dynasty, Mr. Wang was practicing recently, with a gold bracelet wrapped around his arm and coconut beads in his hand. Zhao Shu also recorded the same thing in the Collected Works of Filtering the Moon Xuan: During the Qianlong period, Zhao Bingchong, assistant minister of the Ministry of Finance, selected a string of coconuts and counted pearls, which were more precious than a thousand foxes. It can be seen that the use of coconut shells (stalks) as beads was very common in the early Qing Dynasty, and it has a history of hundreds of years.
