I naming rules for company names (taking domestic capital in Shanghai as an example)
In China, there are certain restrictions on company names. The name of Shanghai company is required to be named according to "administrative division+font size+industry nature+limited company"
If the name does not contain administrative divisions or contains the words "China", "China", "National" and "International", it must be reported to the State Administration for Industry and Commerce for approval; If the name contains the word "Guangdong", it must be reported to the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce for approval.
Note: The company name is only valid if it is verified and retained by the industrial and commercial department.
Second, matters needing attention
(1) The same name and industry belong to the same category.
Such a name is almost impossible to pass.
(two), the same name, different industry categories.
This depends on the business scope of the company. For example, if a company registers Shanghai XX Trading Co., Ltd. and its business scope is clothing, then the following names cannot be passed: Shanghai XX Clothing Co., Ltd. and Shanghai XX Commodity Co., Ltd.
(3) The registered company is Industrial Co., Ltd.
This kind of trading company with the same name generally can't get through. For example, if a company registers Shanghai XX Industrial Co., Ltd., then Shanghai XX Trading Co., Ltd. cannot pass.
(4) If the company name contains the following names, it cannot be passed.
1. Similar font and pronunciation.
2. Contains numbers and English letters.
3. Industry decoration is easy to cause ambiguity in the combination of name and industry.
4. Names with special meanings. Such as: country name, star name and so on.
