The airport in Xinxiang was originally a cemetery purchased by General Feng Yuxiang for the martyrs. After the defeat, it was built into an airport by the Japanese. In addition, the Japanese once built a power plant (near today's Xinxiang City Children's Park), etc. It has strong historical significance, but this history is little known today.
