Hotel history

The development of marriott international originated in 1927. The late Mr. Willard Mariott founded a small-scale beer shop in Washington, USA, and named it "Hot Shop", which soon developed into a well-known chain restaurant with quick and thoughtful service, fair price and consistent product quality.

the key to its successful experience is that since the company was founded, employees and customers have been the focus of the company's management. The business philosophy founded by Mr Willard Mariot is: "If you can make employees feel proud of their work, they will provide excellent service to customers".
