Ningyang Expressway starts from Zhengyi Interchange in Xiannv Town, Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City, and connects with Jiangguang section of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway (Jiangdu-Guangling Expressway). Then it passes through Xiannv Town, Jiangdu District, Hanjiang District and Guangling District of Yangzhou City to connect with Tangwang Interchange in Yangzhou South Ring Road, then passes through Baziqiao Hub in Wang Jiang Town, and finally reaches Liuhe East Interchange in Nanjing Liuhe District through Yizheng City. Liujiang Expressway connects Nanjing, Yangzhou, Taizhou and Nantong, as well as Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, Tong Ning Expressway, Tongyan Expressway, Sutong Bridge, Chongqi Bridge and Taizhou Yangtze River Bridge.
