Who knows how to teach Tai Ji Chuan by himself?

I think the basic martial arts can be taught by myself, but it needs several preconditions and steps:

1. Accuracy of materials: First of all, make sure that the learning materials you have obtained are absolutely authentic, with clear steps and thorough explanations. Words make people look simple, easy to understand and operate. The picture is real and unpretentious, and the video action is clear and not fancy.

2. Start with imitation ability: just like imitating a singer, find out the overall characteristics of the boxer and then imitate it. Action imitation, momentum imitation and training mode imitation are indispensable. At first, imitation was extremely important. After a few years, with kung fu, you can give full play to your strengths, find your own characteristics and practice them. Therefore, when you are a beginner, you must try your best to imitate it.

3. Standing pile is an important training link: every movement and style in the routine can be trained into pile method. Bone structure, limb shape, shelf structure and overall momentum are the key points of your training.

4. The key point of routine training is the transfer technique between moves: whether the boxing is good or not depends on the momentum at first, Gong Zhuang at second and transformation at third. Momentum and Gong Zhuang are both practiced together, so change your thinking when watching your usual training routines.

5. Single skill training is very important: before, let alone self-learners, even when beginners just started learning, the most headache is single skill training. Because the teacher hardly teaches simplex cycle training, the students' fists are all in the same direction, and it is difficult for them to practice simplex. However, in my Tai Ji Chuan teaching, there are both left and right double-cycle and single-cycle exercises, which are helpful for beginners to practice and improve their actual combat skills.

According to the five points I said above, even if you don't have a martial arts foundation, I dare say that as long as you work hard, you can achieve good training results.

For more than one hour (half an hour for each leg), upper limb movements such as "holding seven stars" and "collapsing palms" can be adopted.

Imitate the boxer's momentum, posture, various movements, one by one, so we must have both form and spirit. Experience somatosensory sensation and qi and blood filling in imitation. Don't think about it, just consider "comfortable" or "uncomfortable".

Learning and practicing routines, according to the movements in the video of "Eight Simplified Styles of Taiji Biography", learning bit by bit, repeatedly seeing in your eyes, remembering in your heart, self-learning and practicing, and repeatedly correcting, is a system. If the CD keeps playing and you keep playing it in front of the TV, I promise you won't learn. Practice the general trend first, then practice the small moves, then change the technique, and then learn the next type.

I have learned the routine, one positive and one negative is a whole set of boxing, and then I repeatedly hit three sets in succession.

Find out the tricks that you think you are not good enough to practice, and use the single practice method to train. This figure is calculated in units of hundreds.

If you have the most successful move, there will be some moves that you can't do, so you will never worry about finding a single move that you can practice.

As long as you study and practice according to what I said above, I can guarantee that you will become a real yogi in the near future!
