Specification requirements for oblique laying of masonry top bricks

GB50203-20 1 1: the laying size and the method of retreating feet of foundation bricklaying must conform to the design drawings. Cracks appear at the joints between the top of the wall and the bottom of beam and slab. Reason: When laying, the joint between the top of the wall and the bottom of the beam and slab was not laid obliquely with side bricks or vertical bricks.

According to the principle of structural mechanics, the top of the infilled wall is laid obliquely, and the stress principle conforms to the function of the infilled wall under the frame structure theory. Compared with brick-concrete structure, the masonry method of brick-concrete structure wall top is different from that of frame infilled wall because of the different functions of brick wall (brick-concrete structure brick wall and frame bear different forces). As far as construction is concerned, this masonry method is more convenient for construction.

Article 9.3.7 of Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Masonry Engineering (GB50203-2002) stipulates that when the infilled wall is laid close to the bottom of beam and slab, a certain gap should be left, and the infilled wall should be laid at least 7d apart before it can be compacted. Because the masonry will be deformed to a certain extent after the masonry of the infilled wall is completed, improper construction will not only affect the close combination with the bottom of the beam and slab, but also produce cracks at the joints.

Precautions for bricklaying method: 1. When building a wall with lightweight aggregate concrete small hollow blocks or autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, the bottom of the wall should be built with sintered ordinary bricks or perforated bricks, or ordinary concrete small hollow blocks or cast-in-place concrete piers, and the height should not be less than150 mm. ..

2. Connection between the top of the infilled wall and the structure: the infilled wall is laid close to the beam, and a certain gap should be left at the bottom of the plate. After the completion of the infilled wall, the interval should be at least 7 days, and the gap should be filled and squeezed.

3. Do not arbitrarily change the plane position of the infilled wall. Reserve wall steel dowel as required.

4. When the length of the infilled wall exceeds twice the height of the story, reinforced concrete constructional columns should be set.
