How to calculate the overtime pay stipulated by the state?

First of all, the monthly paid days in China are 2 1.75 days, and the calculation formula of overtime pay is as follows:

Overtime pay on working days = calculation base of overtime pay ÷2 1.75÷8× overtime hours × 1.5 times.

Overtime on rest days = overtime calculation base ÷2 1.75× overtime days on rest days ×2 times.

Overtime pay for legal holidays Overtime pay for legal holidays = calculation base of overtime pay ÷2 1.75× overtime days for legal holidays ×3 times.

The calculation base of workers' overtime wages is determined according to the wages due to normal labor provided by workers within the legal working hours, and the overtime wages of workers in the current month are not included in the calculation base of overtime wages in the next month. If there is an agreement in the labor contract, the wage standard agreed in the labor contract shall be used as the calculation base of overtime pay. When the actual wage standard is higher than the original agreed wage standard, the actual wage standard can be used as the calculation base for calculating overtime wages.
