A blue or small square handkerchief with a head circumference of ten feet. Diet: Rice is the staple food, supplemented by corn, wheat, millet and sorghum. Glutinous rice is one of the favorite foods of Buyi people, which is often used to make Baba, Zongba, popcorn and glutinous rice wine. Life: People like to live in beautiful places. I live on the first floor (diaojiao building), which is divided into two floors. Marriage: there are two forms: free choice and matchmaking, and also arranged by parents. Free choice means that young people "whistle" together (that is, watch playing) to create mutual affection by singing love songs, and then parents of both sides invite people to pair up. Spouse selection: sixteen years old, parents make decisions. Buyi has a saying that "good wine is not difficult, but a good woman can't cross the mountain", which is to focus on the people in this village. It is forbidden to intermarry with the same surname and family, and it is not allowed to intermarry with elephants. As the saying goes: "A white horse is not afraid of a green cow, and a snake will stop once it meets a mouse. Sheep see a tiger like a knife, but pigs don't see an ape. The dragon walks away from the clouds, and the golden rooster sees the dog crying. " Once the object is selected, the man invites a woman in the family to propose marriage to the woman's house. If the woman's parents basically agree, the man will formally find a matchmaker to make up. Engagement: The man chooses an auspicious day, invites the matchmaker and several in-laws, and brings a chicken, pork, dozens of pounds of wine and glutinous rice to the woman's house for engagement wine. Moreover, according to the number of elders in the woman's family, each elder's family should send a bag of Bazin and a catty of brown sugar to recognize each other's relatives. Then press "eight characters" to find a good day to get married first. When you get married, you should draw the symbol of "Retreat your chariot and horse" at the door of the man's house to get rid of bad luck, step on the saddle hoof on the threshold and light the seven-heart lamp before you can enter the house and bow down to your ancestors and parents. After three days of marriage, relatives and friends went to the man's house to celebrate, and the woman returned to her family that day. I didn't live in the man's house until I had a child.
