Hand movements-the right arm is slightly upward perpendicular to the body 10 degree to 15 degree. The part from the arm to the wrist must be perpendicular to your arm and the hand should be parallel to your arm. The position of the back of the hand is about 45 degrees above the forehead.
Lower body-when you take off first, your feet are inward to form an inner figure of eight, and the lower body is vertical to the ground.
Upper body-The upper body leans back slightly, forming 10-30 degrees with the lower body. The lower body can't lean back, it must be perpendicular to the ground, and only the upper body can lean back.
