Second, the vertical jump method. Jumping the legs can correct the splayed foot on the inside, or kick the shuttlecock with the outside of the foot and kick the shuttlecock, football, sandbags and other things up continuously with the inside of the foot. Repeat your feet 80 ~ 100 times and practice in 4 groups.
Third, the leg rest method. Put one leg on a horizontal plane, first loosen the joint ligament of the lower limb, and then pull the foot with both hands after about 10 minutes. People with splayed feet pull it out for 10 minutes at a time. Repeat the left and right feet four times.
Fourth, the straight step. Draw two straight lines on the ground, and the distance between the two straight lines becomes a fist. It is required that the heels and toes should be stepped on a straight line, and the pace should be from small to large, from slow to fast, 30 to 50 times each time, and practice for 4 times.
Five, straight jump footwork. Pull a rope on the ground so that the soles of your feet are parallel to the rope, or you can run along a drawn straight line. You are required to step on the line at every step, with your knees and toes facing forward and not deviating. Run 50 ~ 100 meters and practice for 4 times.
If it is type O, introduce a trick. In class (self-study class), put a book on the inside of the calf, or you can stovepipe while studying.
