Can I sleep with splits?

The standard posture for splitting is sitting or lying down. I haven't heard that many people can fall asleep while sitting or lying down (sleeping on the table doesn't count). If you are an honest sleeper, you can try. You just want to try this sleeping method. You don't want to spend this time deliberately practicing stretching, but it's not very harmful.

If you want to stretch your legs, you can lie down. If you have the habit of taking a nap, it is recommended to try it at noon (at least better than one night), lying cross-legged, and sticking your legs, including the roots of your legs, to the wall. If the degree is so good that 180 has no feeling at all, you can put something on the bed. If necessary, you can bear a little weight on your ankle, and generally you won't feel much. Try to relax, noon may pass quickly, because I will lie down at night.

I would like to remind you that it is not recommended to expect to fall asleep from the fork, especially during intensive exercise. The main muscle of the liver, even if it is worn for a long time (the leg consumption is no more than half an hour at a time, and I press it for 20 minutes at the most), is not good for flexibility, and it is even easy to cause potential sequelae such as strain, dislocation and nerve injury. This is the harmful part of your concern. That kind of exercise should only be available online, and ballet training should be avoided.
