Roller skating course

1, exercise leg strength. When roller skating, the body's center of gravity is low, and the whole body is basically supported by the strength of the legs. Therefore, before learning roller skating, you can strengthen the exercise of leg strength, such as riding and running.

2. Learn how to stand. The standing posture of roller skates is different from the standing posture of our usual shoes. At first, we learned that if we sit on a stool and stand directly with roller skates, it is easy to fall. The basic standing method is: after putting on roller skates, squat down on the ground, with the left heel leaning against the inside of the right foot in a T-shape, the left and right feet supporting each other, and then stand up slowly with your hands on your knees.

3. Practice in place. If you want to skate, you must stand steady and walk slowly. When practicing stepping, you can stand on the ground with friction on the grass or carpet, change your feet from T-shape to profile, step forward, shift your center of gravity to your left leg, extend your right leg backward, shift your center of gravity to your right leg, and extend your left leg backward, and repeat the exercise of the center of gravity of your left and right legs.

4. Sliding practice. After standing, you can try to slide. The basic action of sliding is that the left foot lunges forward, the right foot is pushed sideways, the upper body leans forward slightly, and the center of gravity is on the left foot. Then the right foot retracts to the inside of the left foot, the right foot slides forward, the left foot pushes backward, and the center of gravity shifts from the left foot to the right foot.

5. Learn how to fall less hurt. Beginners are bound to wrestle. When they fall, they should keep throwing forward, avoid falling backward or let a certain part of the body bear the impact completely, so as to reduce the degree of injury to a certain part.
