Why can't some people swing their hips?

It is not easy for beginners to learn hip swing in dance. I usually do waist exercises. It's easy to do this by moving your waist.

Skills:

1. Keep your legs shoulder width apart. Keep your legs straight, but don't lock your knees Spread your arms to both sides, retract slightly, hold your head high and lift your diaphragm.

2. When swinging, the upper body should be kept straight, the overall feeling should be lifted, the shoulders should be flat, and never tilt your upper body.

When you start practicing, you'd better find a full-length mirror. Practicing in front of the mirror can help you master the essentials of action quickly, and the effect of action in place will be more obvious.

4. If it's not big, it looks good. Don't blindly pursue large scale. Although many good players span a lot, in the beginner stage, the main requirement is the proficiency of movements.

5. When twisting your hips, keep your upper body upright, and then concentrate your strength on your hips. Only when your lower body moves and exerts force at the same time can you maximize the range of motion.

6. When doing the original figure-eight rotation, pay attention to shift the center of gravity to the forefoot of your feet and tighten the inside of your legs. Pay attention to press your feet completely on the ground in every movement. Don't think about twisting, think about the main legs and hips to do the front, side and back movements of each step.
