It is usually recommended to use 8-shaped blind plates. Inserts (circular blind plates) can also be used for disposable parts, such as suppression and purging.
Production technology of blind plate: generally divided into forging, casting and forging, medium plate cutting and casting. Among them, the price of forging products is higher, followed by medium plate, and the price of casting and forging is lower. Casting is a secondary process. The quality of forging and medium plate is better, but the quality of casting and forging is slightly worse.
