1. Competition time

2. Teams
During the competition, each team consists of 5 players, and the number of players on the field shall not be less than 5.
If a player plays in personal foul for the sixth time, and there is no qualified substitute for the team, the player should stay on the field and register a foul by personal foul and the whole team; The team will also be fined a technical foul. All subsequent personal foul (including offensive fouls) shall be treated as such.
If there are only five qualified players, and one of them has to leave or be expelled due to injury, he should be replaced by the last player who has been disqualified from the competition because of six times of personal foul. Every time it is necessary to replace an injured or expelled player, it should be handled in this reversed order. Any disqualified player who enters the competition again shall be fined a technical foul.
3. Start of the competition
The first quarter of the competition and overtime should start with a jump ball in the middle.
in the second and third quarters, the team that lost the ball right after the kick-off in the first quarter should start by throwing a foul ball at the end line.
in the fourth quarter, the team that got the ball right after the kick-off in the first quarter should start by throwing a foul ball at the end line.
4. Dead ball, live ball, pressure ball
When the following situations occur, the ball becomes a dead ball:
Fight for the ball;
The ball stays on the basket or gets stuck between the basket and the backboard;
any period of time ends; A free throw for a technical foul;
personal foul (boxing foul, non-match foul);

5. Substitute
The substitute player should report the names and numbers of himself and the substituted player to the recorder, and stay in the replacement area in front of the recorder. If you don't report to the recorder, you will be fined $25. The recorder should whistle to announce the replacement when the ball becomes a dead ball (except after the shooting is successful), and the substitute players need to be beckoned by the referee to enter the game. The time to replace a disqualified player is 3 seconds.

Substitutes shall not replace the penalty shooters or jumpers, unless the injured players ask for a replacement, in which case the coach of the opposing team shall select the substitutes on the team seat of the penalty (jumper) side. The injured players can't play again. Once the substitute enters the game, he has to stay on the field until the next dead ball.
If a player is injured by unethical behavior, and the free throw cannot be executed, his coach can designate any qualified player of the team to execute the free throw. Injured players can also play again.
6. Pause
(l)2-second pause
Each team has the right to request a 2-second pause every half. Each game (including overtime) * * * can request two 2-second timeouts.
A player requests a 2-second timeout, which is only given when the ball is dead or the team controls the ball. The players should shout: "2 seconds timeout".
during the 2-second timeout period, the team can only replace one player. If the suspended team is requested to replace a player, the opposing team may also replace a player.
if a second 2-second timeout is requested in half time (including overtime), it should be allowed, but a regular timeout should be registered.
if the game can't continue at the end of 2 seconds, you should also register for a regular timeout.
(2) Regular pause (1 seconds)
Each team has the right to request a regular pause for 7 registrations. Limit each team to no more than 4 timeouts in the fourth quarter; There shall be no more than three pauses in the last two minutes of the fourth quarter. In overtime, each team is allowed to pause 3 times.
A player requests a 1-second timeout, which is only given when the ball is dead or the team controls the ball. The players should shout: "Time out".

7.24-second rule
When a team obtains new ball rights in the game, or when the ball is legally touched by the players on the field when it is thrown into bounds, the 24-second timer will start. The team that owns the ball must shoot within 24 seconds after getting the ball. The conditions for completing shooting are:

8. Foul

(2) Moving pick-and-roll foul

(3) Fouling without ball rights

(4) Team foul
Each team fouls more than 4 times in each quarter, and each team fouls more than 3 times in overtime, so a penalty plus a penalty will be awarded.
If there are less than 4 team fouls in the first 1 minutes of each festival, or less than 3 team fouls in the first 3 minutes of overtime, the team is allowed to make one team foul in the last 2 minutes without additional penalty.
