(2) Turn the crankshaft about 65438 0.75 turns along the normal running direction of the engine with tools. Different models have different methods, but they are basically the same.
(3) Remove the special tool 205-072, and then insert the special toolNo. 1 into the timing slot of the intake and exhaust camshafts from the rear plane of the cylinder head.
(4) Turn the crankshaft pulley fixing bolt again with tools according to the normal rotation direction of the engine crankshaft.
(5) Reinstall special tool 2, find 1 M6x 18 bolt and tighten it by hand.
(6) Fix the timing positions of the crankshaft pulley and the exhaust camshaft reversely with special tools or the same tools, and whether the tools can be well placed in the timing groove of the exhaust camshaft. If it can't be put into the groove well, the exhaust valve will be completely closed (the so-called "top eight").
