What do you mean by South Suzaku, North Xuanwu, East Qinglong and Northwest Tiger?

Ancient astronomy in China divided the stars in the sky into seven star zones: Three Walls and Four Elephants. The "three walls" are arranged in a triangle around the North Star. On the periphery of the "Three Walls", there are also "Four Elephants", that is, South Suzaku, North Xuanwu, East Qinglong and West White Tiger.

Because the southern astrology looks like a big bird, it is called "Southern Suzaku". Similarly, North Xuanwu, East Qinglong and West White Tiger are also named in this way.
