Wearing glasses will not cause exophthalmos, which is usually caused by high myopia. The eye axis of high myopia is relatively long, and the eyeball will protrude.
Whether it is low myopia or high myopia, we should develop good eye habits and eye hygiene. We need to overlook for nearly half an hour to relax our eyes.
Pay attention to the following aspects when wearing glasses.
1. Try to wear glasses with both hands. Wearing glasses with one hand is prone to uneven stress on the temples, deformation of glasses and loosening of screws. Sometimes it's easy to break glasses with a little carelessness.
2. Don't wear other people's glasses, because everyone has different degrees, different optical centers, different temples and different nose pads, so it's best not to wear other people's glasses.
3. The lens is dirty. If dry cleaning is easy to wear the lens, rinse it with clear water first, and then dry it with professional mirror cloth. If there are oil stains and sweat stains on it, you can add some neutral detergent and dry it.
4. The folding part of the mirror frame should not be too loose or too tight, the bending degree and included angle of the temples should be appropriate, and the eyes should be aimed at the optical center, otherwise the prism effect will easily occur, and things will be deformed, dizziness and eye strain will easily occur. In severe cases, strabismus may occur.
5. When not wearing, put the lens on the table, don't let the lens touch hard objects, avoid high temperature, and don't expose to the sun on the bridge in the car in summer, otherwise the lens will easily deform and fall off.
6. When wearing frame glasses, take part in strenuous exercise as little as possible to avoid glasses slipping and being damaged.
Students are advised to check their eyesight and maintain their glasses every 3-6 months. If you are nearsighted, match a pair of glasses that suit you in time.
