Section 1 Shancha Tic-Tac-Toe Frame
Article 1 Shancha Tic-Tac-Toe Frame The maximum spacing between poles shall not exceed 1.4m, and the foot of the pole shall be buried in the ground to a depth of not less than 50cm It must be covered with soil and compacted. The spacing between downstream poles shall not be greater than 1.5m. Article 2 Except for the discharging side of the tic-tac-toe frame, the other three sides should be tied with cross covers, and they must be connected to each other and tied to the top. The angle between the inclined rod and the ground shall not be greater than 60°. Article 3 The missing area below the platform should be fenced with eight characters. The spacing between rows of trees shall not be greater than 1m. Scaffolding boards must be paved, laid tightly, and tied securely. Each platform and all horse paths should be tied with two guardrails and set up with footboards with a height of more than 18cm. The platform discharge port must be equipped with a protective door. Article 4 The vertical poles at the four corners of the tic-tac-toe frame and the top horizontal poles should be double poles. The effective diameter of the small head of the fir tree used: the vertical pole shall not be less than 8cm, and the horizontal pole shall not be less than 15cm. Article 5 When two poles overlap, the vertical pole should overlap at least three downstream poles, and the horizontal pole should overlap at least two vertical poles. Article 6 The top-wheel frame must be tied with two top-wheel timbers, and jacking piles or splayed branches must be added; upper and lower working ladders and guardrails should be tied to the refueling area, and the working platform should be covered with scaffolding boards. Article 7 The installation requirements for derrick cable wind ropes are the same as those for chimney frames. Article 8 If the derrick is equipped with a lifting pull-out pole, the vertical pole on which the pull-out pole is installed must be tied with double poles, and the base of the pull-out pole must be tied with top piles and buckwheat ribs (pedicle-shaped seat brackets) and tied with iron wire hoops. The turning point of the cross cover should be pressed against the base of the pull rod, and should not turn downwards, but fall straight to the ground. The upper end of the towing rope should be tied at the same height as the position where the jack slider is hung.
Section 2 Metal Tube Well Frame
Article 9 Metal Tube Well Frame, the frame body is assembled from steel pipes with an outer diameter of 48~51mm, and the vertical and horizontal poles are evenly spaced. It should not be larger than 1m. Iron plate piers should be placed at the lower end of the vertical pole and the backing plate should be compacted. Article 10 Cross covers should be erected around the outside of the derrick all the way to the top, and the angle between the inclined rod of the cross cover and the ground should be 60°. Article 11 The spacing between metal pipes for the platform shall not exceed 1m. The scaffolding boards must be laid flat and tightly. When overlapping, double rows of wood shall be used. When overlapping, the ends of the boards shall exceed the length of the wood by 150no. Each platform shall be protected. Body rails and toeboards. Article 12 The two poles should be connected head-to-head, and fasteners must be used at the intersection and no tying is allowed. Article 13 The heavenly wheel frame must be tied with two heavenly wheel logs and supported with pile pipes or eight-shaped poles, which should be fastened with clips. Article 14 The derrick should be equipped with wind ropes, and the requirements are the same as those for the chimney frame. It is strictly forbidden for metal derricks to come into contact with any power source. Parts close to wires must be insulated. When installing or transporting metal pipes, pay attention to the surrounding environment to prevent electric shock.
Section 3 Other Metal High Frames
Article 15 Triangular column high frame is made of three steel pipes with an outer diameter of 48~51mm or one steel pipe and two steel bars pre-made into a triangle For the upright columns, steel bars with a diameter of not less than 16mm are used in the middle to make composite tailor-welded inclined rods, and flanges are welded to both ends of each vertical rod. When assembling the tripod, you must check whether the welding joints of each part are firm. The screws at each node must be tightened. Article 16 The two triangular columns should be connected to the ground beam. There should be anchors at the bottom of the ground beam and buried underground to prevent sliding. When burying the ground beam, the foundation should be flat and compacted. Article 17 Each layer of the triangular high frame should be firmly connected to the structure with Shancha and 8# lead wires, and cable wind ropes should be added. The cable wind rope method is the same as the Shancha derrick regulations. Article 18 A platform should be set up at the entrance of each floor. Each platform should be equipped with two guardrails and a foot guard with a height of not less than 18cm. The empty space at the lower entrance of the platform should be tied with an eight-character girdle. Article 19 It is strictly forbidden for the metal tube triangular high frame to come into contact with electrical equipment, and insulation protection measures must be provided for parts close to wires and electrical equipment. Article 20 Metal gantry high frames must have qualified technical production materials. Assembling a high frame requires a plan and safety measures. Article 21 The cable wind rope settings of the gantry-type high metal frame are the same as those of the chimney frame. Article 22 The parts close to the gantry-type metal high frame and electrical equipment must have reliable insulation protection measures. Article 23 All derricks shall be equipped with ultra-high limit devices. The ultra-high limit device should be sensitive and effective. Article 24 Safety nets must be supported horizontally on both sides of the derrick. All kinds of derricks and discharge ports should be equipped with protective doors. Article 25 When installing and dismantling the top wood, the distance between the top wood and the top wood where the slider is hung shall not be less than 3m.
