How to write a letter of complaint

Legal analysis: it is necessary to state the contents of the complaint in chapters. First of all, the identity information of both parties of the original defendant should be stated, including name, gender, nationality, date of birth, address, ID number, etc. If the other party is a company, you should also write the company name, address of business premises, industrial and commercial registration number, etc.

Then write your own opinions in the next paragraph, generally stating the content that the prosecution wants the other party to bear. After that, open a single paragraph and write down the facts and reasons clearly, that is, what the other party did and what impact and harm it caused to itself.

Finally, add another sentence: "To sum up, in order to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, the plaintiff has filed a lawsuit in your hospital according to law, and we urge the court to support all the plaintiff's claims." Finally, write down which court it was handed over to, and the name of the pledgee, that is, the plaintiff himself, plus the date.
