Technological principle of light steel keel ceiling

1. Snap line: use a level to copy out the leveling points in all corners of the room and pop up the horizontal line.

2. Fixed suspender: In general, the fixed suspender is fixed by expansion bolts. For the ceiling without people, the length of suspender is less than 1000, and φ6 suspender can be used; When it is greater than 1000mm, φ8 suspender shall be adopted and reverse support shall be provided.

3. Installation of the side keel: When installing the side keel, the line should be elastic according to the design requirements. L-shaped galvanized light steel bars should be fixed on the embedded wooden brick with self-tapping screws along the horizontal keel line of the wall, and the concrete wall (column) can be fixed with nails, and the spacing should not be greater than the spacing of the secondary keel of the ceiling.

4. Install the main keel with a spacing of 900 ~ 1000 mm, which should be hung on the suspender and installed in the room in parallel. The ceiling with a span greater than 15m should be on the main keel, and a large keel should be added every 15m, which is welded firmly perpendicular to the main keel.

5. When the floor is a precast slab, the steel hook for hanging the suspender has been embedded in the joint of the slab, as long as the upper end of the suspender is bent and twisted through the hook hole. When cast-in-situ floor slab is cast, the position line of embedded parts shall be laid out at the bottom of the floor slab, and the embedded parts shall be nailed to the bottom of the floor slab with nails, and the upper end of the suspender shall be bent and twisted through the eyelets on the embedded parts.

2. Big keel

Put all the vertical hanging pieces of the big keel on the dog keel, transfer the big keel upward, make the lower end of the suspender pass through the upper hole of the vertical hanging pieces of the big keel, and add nuts for preliminary tightening. According to the springing height of the sharp point in the ceiling of the room (generally 2:0 of the short span of the room), the springing value of each lifting point of the big keel is calculated, and the overall springing value of the big keel is made by screwing nuts, and the vertical hanger of the big keel is fixed after adjustment.

3. Install the middle keel

Put all the vertical hangers of the middle keel on the big keel, and transfer the middle keel upward so that the middle keel can be buckled with the vertical hangers of the middle keel.
