One is to replenish the spleen. ?

Spleen governs transport and transformation, and spleen can overcome dampness. Strengthening the spleen is the best way to eliminate dampness. Pay attention to strengthening the spleen and eliminating dampness, clearing away heat and relieving summer heat. Clinically, it can be observed that people with damp-heat stagnation tend to have spleen deficiency, because the spleen can't be dehumidified because of the wet event, which eventually forms a vicious circle, leading to more and more damp-heat and spleen deficiency;

Second, reconcile the five flavors. ?

Neijing suggests: make it up with sweetness, diarrhea with bitterness, and slow it down with sweetness. My experience: Try to keep the diet light, and avoid frying, barbecue, greasy, sticky and cold, so as not to turn wet into heat. Eat more vegetarian food at ordinary times. Vegetarian food can nourish the spleen and stomach and help to get rid of dampness. Especially eat less big fish and meat, because fish make a fire and meat produces phlegm. The function of five zang-organs affects the healthy qi of human body. Strong righteousness can overcome evil spirits, and damp heat is not a problem. If you can actively exercise and sweat, you can effectively get rid of damp-heat pathogens and make people feel refreshed instantly.

There are many ways to exercise. You can choose your favorite way, such as running, climbing, yoga, walking, dancing and so on. Swimming is not recommended, because it is easy to get wet, which is not good for damp heat constitution. ?

Fourth, avoid staying up late.
