Scope of expropriation: land collectively owned by farmers in Baisha Road Village, Baziqiao Village and Textile Village, Baisha Road Street, Cixi City 14.9625 hectares. Four areas: East Third Ring Road, Erzaojiang River in the west, Ciyong Road in the south and Sanbei Street in the north.
