1. There is a labor contract relationship between the laborer and the dispatched institution. The labor contract concluded between the labor dispatch unit and the dispatched worker shall, in addition to the matters stipulated by law, specify the employer, dispatch period, job post and other contents of the dispatched worker. ;
2, the labor dispatch unit shall conclude a fixed-term labor contract with the dispatched workers for more than 2 years, and pay monthly labor remuneration; During the special work period, the labor dispatch unit shall pay the labor remuneration monthly according to the minimum wage standard stipulated by the local people's government;
3. The application of the labor contract rules between the labor dispatch unit and the dispatched workers should belong to the general and special relationship. The labor contract between the labor dispatch unit and the dispatched worker shall, in principle, be governed by the legal provisions applicable to general labor contracts, including payment of economic compensation and termination of the labor contract. If the labor dispatch unit or the dispatched worker cancels or terminates the labor contract according to law, it shall pay economic compensation according to law.
