Laozi, surnamed Li Minger and Bo Yang, lived in the late Spring and Autumn Period of 580-500 BC. Historical Records contains "Qurenli people in Li Xiang, Chuku County". Li Xiang, the ancient county of Chu, is now Zhabei Zhengdian, Guoyang County, Bozhou City.
