Five, internal strength
Xingyiquan is a kind of internal boxing, so practicing Xingyiquan will make you feel energetic. If you want to practice internal skills, you must first practice internal skills. Practicing internal strength is mainly practicing qi. When practicing qi, you must conform to human physiology and nature.
The Book of Boxing says: "The transmission of internal strength is very real. I don't know the ins and outs, but it's useless and harmful to do it reluctantly. Before and after the Lord, the gas line is rolling, and the well pool is double-point, and it is rushing. Ever-changing, can not do without this. If you get the secret, you can sigh without any difficulty. The electric tail rises, the abdomen is refined, the gas is at the bottom of the sea, and the light is gathered in the sky. "
Vein is the trajectory of qi movement in human body. Practicing Qi without knowing the context is like building water conservancy without knowing the distribution of rivers and the size of water potential. There will be no problem if you don't do it blindly. Personal veins mainly include the twelve meridians and Eight Meridians, among which the most fundamental ones are the front and back meridians. Renmai is in the front, starting from Chengjiang point, along the throat, sternal stalk, xiphoid process, and down to the anterior pubic high bone. The Du Meridian is at the back, starting from the tail of the point (coccyx), going up to Mingmen (opposite the navel), going up to Jiaji point (between the two bones at the back), going down to Dazhui and Mud Pill (namely Baihui point), and yintang to people. In the middle of the lower abdomen is the sea of qi, which is also called Tian Dan by martial artists. It is not only the center of human body, but also an important source of human meridian field. After qi gathers in the sea of qi, it will run along the meridians. The center of the forehead is called Tianxin. Qi starts at the end of the acupoint and converges in Dantian along Ren meridian. When the abdomen is full of gas, it becomes a god, and when it comes out of the heavenly heart, it can shoot people in the eye. Kuang, a Taoist priest in Laoshan, said, "God is the foundation of the body, and Qi is the Lord of God.". In the middle of the shoulder is Jianjing point, and in the middle of the elbow is Quchi point, both of which are places where the whole body exerts its strength. In Sanda, there are techniques such as "pointing the shoulder well" and "playing the curved pool", that is, blocking the opponent's strength.
After understanding the context, we should also pay attention to the posture, which is the so-called "body adjustment" in Qigong. The correct posture can help the internal qi to run on the right track. For posture, there is a clear stipulation in the Boxing Classics: "Stand with your head straight, your back round, your shoulders flat and smooth, and your chest closed. The feet are straight and steady, the knees are bent and stretched, the gears are deep and hidden, and they are open under threat. " Although the internal strength of Xingyiquan can be divided into sitting, standing and acting, it is mainly standing and acting. The above paragraph mainly talks about standing work. But no matter what skill you practice, you should start from the head, focus on the face, relax your shoulders and chest, and have a slightly convergent front. This is the real trick of practicing internal strength.
The breathing method of Xingyiquan's internal skill, namely "pranayama", is reverse abdominal breathing, also called "acquired method". The airway is "mixed vitality" rather than "qi of meridians". That is, not in the order of the twelve meridians. This point is also clearly stated in the boxing classics: "Breathe in first and then shout, once in and out, lift first and then drop, one liter and one volt. Endogenous abdomen is the destination of qi. Inhale and exhale, don't make a sound. " Then he said, "Take Gu Dao down, go to the Jade Pagoda, stand or sit, breathe in through your throat, send him down with your heart and stop at the bottom. There is a way to rise, bones are raised together, there is a place to fall, and the mouth is swallowed. " The so-called lifting is the air-entraining rising, and the so-called lowering is the air-guiding falling. The descending gas will gradually contract and fall into the abdomen. The high bone behind the ear, called Lou Yu by boxers, is not an acupoint; Shukou is located in the upper part of the back from Dazhui to Jiaji point, and the boxers are collectively called Shukou, not acupoints. Now let's introduce the posture and gas of sitting and standing (that is, standing piles):
When practicing sitting exercises, you can sit cross-legged on the couch, close your eyes, put your tongue above the upper palate, put your hands on the lower abdomen, and face the Laogong point inside and outside. You can also sit on a bench with your feet on the ground and your thighs flat. Hands can be placed on both thighs, palms down. Still close your eyes and put your tongue on your palate. When pranayama comes in and out through the nostrils, it should be even and slender, as if the lungs are still breathing only through the navel. When the gas is flat, take a breath and lead it from Yongquan along the two thighs to the abdomen and then to the sides. When the hypochondriac bone is lifted, the qi is sent to the high bone behind the ear-that is, the jade building is also lifted. Then arrive at Baihui. When descending qi, it is guided by breathing, from Baihui to Tang Yin, through people's mouth, and then from tongue to throat. So use the tip of your tongue to collect qi. Then it passes from the throat to the back, which is also the so-called "swallowing mouth". Go straight from the front to the back, and go down to Dantian along Ren meridian. When the abdomen is full of qi, it goes down through the perineum and through the tail, so it is necessary to contract the valley meridians to ventilate the channel, and the coccyx should be turned forward and upward, which is called "lifting the anus and contracting the kidney", then the qi can reach the life gate, clamp the spine and jade pillow, and reach the mud pill (that is, Baihui, called the mud pill palace in Taoism). Yu Zhen acupoint is located at the back of the high bone behind the brain, which is also a place where internal qi is difficult to pass through. We should look at the top of our heads with our eyes and guide them slowly. This cycle is endless, and this is the small Sunday method. The method of activating qi in this section is described as follows in Boxing Classic:
"Hold on to the inside, the tail is wrinkled with bones, and the jade pillow is sad to see the tripod. I came to the abdomen to save the news. Carefully build the bridge, and get down to the underground pool at noon 12. Hold your head, tie it to a horse, and build the foundation of Tian Dan's seabed. I was happy for a while and returned to my heart. After a long period of practice, I have become a diamond body, and all diseases have been removed like boys. " When you receive the work, you will receive your breath in the abdomen, and you will feel that your breath is getting smaller and smaller, just like a crouching tiger, hidden dragon. Then put it down meaningfully until it bounces and stops.
Xingyiquan is also called Gong Zhuang. Generally speaking, there are two kinds of "three-body style" (also known as three-talent style) and "mixed pile" (also known as Gankun pile); The former is suitable for teenagers, while the latter is suitable for the elderly. Practice the three-way pose, and the posture is like a fixed step split fist. At the beginning, the heels are close together, the toes are separated by about 45-60 degrees, the legs are slightly bent, the knees and toes are facing up and down, and the hands are clenched, close to the outside of the thighs, and the fists are inward. Then raise the right fist, the forearm is raised and rotated outward, and it comes out from the front next to the right rib, and the inhalation also rises. At the end of inhalation, the height of the fist is flat with the nose, and the heart of the fist faces the face. When exhaling, the left fist is raised, the forearm rotates outward, and the right fist splits forward from the left rib to the right fist. At the same time, the right fist becomes the palm of the yang, and it is pressed next to the right Sun Moon point (the lower part of the right soft rib is flat with the navel). At the same time, his left foot took a step forward, about two and a half feet away from his right foot. The front legs are straight and the knees are slightly bent, and the knees are aligned with the toes on the heels. The hind legs are slightly bent and the knees are directly above the toes. The coccyx is opposite to the heel up and down. Formally, it is to realize the external triad. The weight of the whole body is divided on the legs, the first three and the last seven. Immediately start from the big spine, loosen the spine section by section in turn, and turn the coccyx forward and upward, so that the mind is highly concentrated and the spirit is condensed in the "heavenly heart". Looking ahead is Zhong Ding. "Boxing Classic" said: "Look at the tripod, abandon the umbilical cord, move slowly everywhere, completely open the 26-chain lock, and hang a little light on your eyebrows." In other words, this is also. (7 cervical vertebrae, thoracic vertebrae 12, and 5 lumbar vertebrae, a total of 24, which is called 24 layers in Taoism, 12 pairs of interlocking locks. )
Although the pile is static, it should not be dull. You should move with motivation, squat like a crossbow and move like a starter. Guide the spirit with your own will, inhale and exhale. If you want to go up, go down, breathe yin and yang, let nature take its course, and there are no obstacles. When inhaling, it's like a person holding a bow and tug-of-war. The whole body hair is open, the qi rises and the five zang-fu organs tighten, and when exhaling, the qi falls and the five zang-fu organs relax. This is a standing posture practiced by beginners, which can not only lay a good foundation for Xingyiquan, but also cure diseases and prolong life.
Round piles are a practice suitable for all ages in Xian Yi. Xingyiquan practitioners should practice this skill more when they are older. This is what the boxing proverb "less practice of three-body and sophisticated mixed pile" refers to. The practice method of round pile is: the feet are opened in parallel, the width is shoulder-high, the toes are on the ground, and the feet are guilty. Raise your arms forward, such as holding the ball, chest high, don't push. The legs are slightly bent, the head is still upright, the muscles are relaxed, sincere and upright, and the breath is less in the lower abdomen. After standing up, my mind was empty, I was spotless, I sat still, and all my thoughts were gone. Relaxed limbs, empty stomach and long hunger, listening to qi and blood is naturally welcome. When it's settled naturally, I will lead the spirit with my heart, cover my body from the heavenly heart, hover in the middle, go down to the atrium, take the giant que, cross the Shimen and enter the Dantian. After ventilation, the arms can naturally droop, the left hand is placed above the abdomen, the right palm is pressed on the back of the left hand, and the inner and outer palaces are opposite. Shoulders loose, elbows falling, heart empty, abdomen solid. Breathe gradually deep and long, even and thin, as if nothing had happened. It was a long time before I knew that there was a heat flow from top to bottom and entered the abdomen. This is the initial process of regulating breath and qi. Stick to it for more than half an hour every day without interruption, and practice for at least half a month. When the effect of regulating qi and promoting qi is obvious, it is necessary to inject qi into the abdomen and keep it from leaking, so as to achieve the situation of "stop and then decide, decide and then be quiet, then be safe" as mentioned in the golden mean. When exhaling afterwards, don't deliberately send it down, just listen a little, don't be too hot or too hard. After practicing for a long time, sometimes there will be the phenomenon of true qi and impulsiveness, involuntary nerve excitement, starting a certain part of the beat, then dancing, turning around and shaking your head, or automatically punching various punches. After ten minutes, I will slowly stop and return to normal. This is a normal phenomenon in practice. This impulse can neither be forced nor stopped at will. Let it be. This kind of situation often happens in the realm of high spirits, high spirits and pure customs. When Jing Gong (Gong Zhuang) has a certain foundation, you can practice dynamic work. "Movement" is also called "action" or "movement". It is a training method of seeking quietness while moving, integrating inside and outside, and paying equal attention to both qi and blood. It is a relatively advanced stage of internal work. If you want to work hard, you must first understand that "the road is difficult to walk" or "hard work". "Boxing Classics" said: "The feet move, the knees are hard, the front yin shrinks, and the sides extend. The atmosphere is even, golden and tense. " "YueTong, Jin Shun; Yuetou, the speed of bones. Transparent and unobstructed. " "Yue wear, yue strength, yue paste, yue strength net. Wearing stickers, there is no connection between the two. " "Loose is loose, and fish is strong." "Yue Han, Jin Apple. Loose as a rope and clear as water. " "Harmony is one of the advantages." "Yue longitudinal, infinite strength. The whole body is the same and tangled. " "Shoulder pressing exercises, hips push knees, hips turn hips, the waist is lifted below the chest, the chin is lifted to the right position, the back is stuck, and the shoulders are relaxed to give strength. The horizontal strength is the vertical strength, and it becomes clear. Horizontal help vertical, vertical help horizontal. The five spirits are in the yuan, and they are repeated, and the limbs are the best. "
These are the essentials of the combination of qi movement and strength in boxing classics, which is difficult to understand. Now according to personal experience a little explanation:
When practicing martial arts, the form is eclectic. Generally, five elements boxing combines the eight-character strength, and the internal qi drives the external appearance, and the dark strength transports the whole body. Communication, penetration, penetration, stickiness, looseness, toughness, combination and firmness are the eight strengths of Xingyiquan. You have to master all the power in one hand and have whatever you want. The connection and change of boxing is arbitrary. As soon as you raise your hand to look at the tiger's mouth, your chin pushes forward and your back collapses, then you will go from the spring to the mud pill and go down to the hall, and your eyes are full of gas. Its qi passes through the nostrils and will merge into the abdomen when it is discharged (it will sink into the abdomen when it is discharged). Every step, two outer tiger eyes are inward, two inner tiger eyes are outward, the knees are bent, the tail ribs are straight, and the four sides intersect. The three forces of the whole body are combined (into a balanced force system) and twisted hard, so that the gas of the spring rises, but it is revealed. Shoulder pressing is the force that two shoulders fall underground and sink to the spring; Forcing the buttocks is that the two hips are rolled inward together, and the crotch should earn outward, but it is firm and shapeless, which is called round crotch. Chest out, waist in, chin in and neck out. The back bones of two buckets are hard attached, and the strength comes out from under the navel and turns around the back bones of the bucket through the six fu organs. Relax the two shoulder well points, and the strength can be released naturally. Foot movement, knee exertion, anterior yin adduction, that is, kidney contraction, bilateral extension, abdomen adduction, foot depression (abdomen protrusion), shoulder looseness, exertion. Strong roads are intertwined, complement each other, are connected all over, and have distinct changes. When exercising, your shoulders should be round and loose, your crotch should be tight, your strength should be attentive, your spirit should be lifted, and your spirit should be sufficient. To promote qi, it is necessary to "five qi towards yuan" in order to urge power with qi. The so-called "five yuan" is the great Zhou Tiangong. When activating qi, it is carried out in five ways: first, qi is transported from Dantian to the soles of the feet along the inner thigh, and then rises from the outer side to Dantian. Second, the second qi comes from the back of bones and hands, and then returns to the abdomen from the six fu organs. One liter and one drop, combined with running along the second pulse of Ren Du, go hand in hand. There is breathing in the nose, the gas rises and falls, and the force is throughput, which is closely combined. Closely connected, do whatever you want. Nothing can get in without complacency.
At the end of the "Internal Skill" section, The Classic of Boxing concludes: "Refine the essence, return to the original state, make friends with heaven and earth, the water rises and the fire falls, the head and feet rise and fall, and the handover is like a god. When you are still, you will shine, but when you move, you will soar. Qi moves with form, mind, force and spirit. God is handsome, Shuai Shuai is handsome, and his figure is soaring. "
This passage not only talks about the essence of Qigong, but also talks about the effect of internal strength. Refining spirit and refining gas means "refining spirit, refining spirit is still empty". That is, the second and third layers of Xingyiquan's three-layer kung fu, which Mr. Guo said. This is an advanced stage. The result of his exercise is "returning to nature" and "removing all diseases like boys". When practicing martial arts, the chest should always be empty, and the waist and abdomen should be loose and solid. This is called "heart and kidney intersect, water rises and fire falls". Taoism calls it "yin-yang translocation". Fold your shoulders, hold your chest out, bend your waist, turn your tail up, reduce your breath, gather strength, and practice walking … these are all measures to relax your chest on an empty stomach. In other words, "the kidney is on the water, which helps the heart fire." Pay attention to opening and closing when practicing acrobatics. Breathing through the nose is opening and closing, hands coming and going are opening and closing, body is opening and closing vertically and horizontally, and energy accumulation is opening and closing. No matter how many formulas are used, the length of practice and the speed of action, it is always necessary to integrate inside and outside and conform to nature. There are dynamic changes. Breathing in and out of the nose, breathing in and out of the gas, rising and falling of the gas, and the elasticity of the gas storage and development should all be suitable for personal circumstances in order to be natural. "The Divine Movement Classic" said: "Vertical and horizontal, opening and closing in the middle, rising into the sky, breathing into the abdomen, coming and going at will, coming and going naturally." This is a good portrayal of practice. The so-called "flying" does not mean flying, but refers to the depth of qi, that is, qi is like zigzag beads, like a trickle, seamless and meticulous, and it permeates the whole body. Kung fu has entered a magical stage. When practicing static kung fu, qi can come out from the heavenly heart and enter the abdomen, resulting in a bright front. Qigong experts admire this most and have a special discussion. When practicing, Qi flies freely in the body, flowing without trace, and God and force naturally combine to achieve a superb situation. This is the advanced stage of internal work.
Sixth, on qi.

It is true that Yuanyang is saving her strength and not leaving.
Dantian practices longevity treasure, and two thousand gold is not with people.
Precautions:
Gai people are not born without qi and blood. Sufficient qi and blood will make you energetic, while insufficient qi and blood will make you depressed. Therefore, the essence of Neijia Boxing is internal qi. However, the abdomen is the house of internal qi, so practitioners must first cultivate qi and blood to gather in the abdomen, and then lead them to the viscera, so that they can become gods on the face and exert their strength on the limbs. To know the way to nourish qi, we must first understand essence, qi and spirit.
Essence is the foundation of human life. The essence of men's testicles, women's yin water, various endocrine, saliva, tears and other innate body fluids are collectively called congenital essence. The essence of diet and nutrition, that is, the essence of Shui Gu, followed by the essence of Heaven. The nature depends on the nature of the day after tomorrow. Before the tail, behind the bladder, under the small intestine and above the tortoise, it is called "Tiangen", which is where the true qi is launched. Using the method of lifting anus and contracting kidney, Xuanzang's essence gate (between the double testicles and the front yin) is raised as the "heavenly root", and then the invisible essence is cultivated into subtle qi, which is called essence.
Qi is a kind of energy flow in human biological field, and it is also the root of life phenomenon. Taoism calls it "Yuanyang". The strength of this energy flow and the surrounding flow determines whether the human body is strong or not. It is natural, but it can be strengthened by exercise. Between the two kidneys is called Mingmen, probably between the fourth and fifth lumbar vertebrae, just below the navel and above the pubic bone. This place is called dantian. Abdominal muscles are outside the abdomen, and psoas muscles are outside the life gate. Abdominal muscles and lumbar muscles cooperate with each other to form the source of human strength. If a person's internal qi can circulate greatly, the functions of the five zang-fu organs are powerful, and the work between the five zang-fu organs can be coordinated, coupled with the strong waist muscles and abdominal muscles, he will naturally be energetic, majestic, agile and hard-working. The name of the Boxer Rebellion is "Yuanyang Sufficient". The qi transformed by practicing essence goes around the zang-fu organs, reaches the four tips, passes through the upper mud pill, and flows through the lower spring, turning into a god who has nothing to enter, and the god's feet are concentrated in the heavenly heart.
God is the general expression of human life activities. According to the classic saying, "if God is strong, he will be healthy, and if God is weak, he will die." He also said, "Born to be refined, the two refined strive for God." It can be seen that both spirit and qi are based on essence, and essence is the treasure of human body. If the essence and yin are insufficient, the qi of Yuanyang is not solid, and the qi of life is insufficient, that is, the ability to resist foreign invasion is lost, and it is easy to get sick. Therefore, practitioners should always pay attention to protecting body fluid, stirring the sea, gargling, swallowing body fluid, solidifying essence, transforming essence, not drowning lust and kidney essence, so as to enrich Yuanyang.
When practicing, always put your tongue on the palate. However, don't try to reach the top, but gently roll the tip of your tongue up so that you can resist between the upper jaw and the front teeth. In this way, Ren and Du meridians are connected at the top, and body fluid is born in the mouth. You should swallow it slowly in three bites, but you can't spit it out. At the same time, the anterior yin should be closed and contracted, and the sacrum should be turned forward and upward, so that any two veins can be connected below to form a Sunday operation. When the vitality is sufficient and the true yang is started, there is a slight ejaculation feeling. At this time, we must calm down and slowly guide the essence to the limbs, and we can't let it go. If it is not discharged, the bones and muscles will gradually strengthen and the body and mind will be natural and magnificent. And long-term practice, strong body, full of energy, will also be a good self-maintenance. If you rely on your own health and don't know how to abstain from sex, you will not only be useless, but will suffer greatly. Young and middle-aged martial arts practitioners should pay attention!

Tao produces yin and yang from nothingness,
Yin and Yang recombine into three bodies, which regenerate everything.
Precautions:
In trisomy, the head, hands and feet are outside the human body, and the upper, middle and lower parts are included. In boxing, Yin and Yang are unified, and Yin and Yang are always a Tai Chi. That is to say, it comes out in one breath. In Xingyiquan, it is invisible horizontal (congenital horizontal) boxing. This invisible cross is the essence of human beings. There is nothing, nothing, no effort, and nothing, which is what Laozi called "the beginning of the nameless world." In modern scientific terms, it is "happening" from scratch. So the so-called nothingness here is not dead but alive. Because there is a little life hidden inside. This vitality is called "innate truth". This kind of nothingness contains this truth, and if there is nothing, there is nothing. It is lively, colorful and empty, so it is also called "vacuum". The so-called vacuum is the language of Buddhism, that is, as the Buddhist scriptures say, "empty but not empty, not empty but empty, is a vacuum." Laozi said, "The mother of all things is famous all over the world." That's what I'm saying. In modern scientific language, it is called "change". That is, from less to more, from this to that, everything comes from one to infinity. Because there is a little vitality in nothingness, it is called "nothingness begets anger" In practice, when the sky is extremely quiet, the seabed (air sea) has a little vitality, just as Shao Zi said, "When the sun rises, everything is lifeless." That is, there is movement in silence, and there is movement in silence. Static is yin and dynamic is yang, which is the mother of yin and yang. When the void is extremely empty, the punch is intact and the vitality is launched, so the change is endless. The power used for hand and foot movements is real and Xu Ruo, but the energy used for abdomen is not concentrated, so it is left to nature to accumulate its deficiency. There seems to be no breathing, which is consistent with the ups and downs of hands and feet. Practice to the point that the body has no body and the mind has no heart, which is called divine form. When talking about Xingyiquan, Mr. Guo said: "My boxing has no Xingyiquan, it's just a matter of arrogance. Static is sex, moving is meaning, and magical use is god. " In other words, this is also.

Precautions:
This paragraph is about the relationship between appearance and internal qi when practicing boxing, that is, the importance of internal and external cooperation. This is the "trick" of practicing boxing. Without this "trick", kung fu is hard to achieve. At the beginning of the author's study of boxing, the teacher once wrote a song saying, "Although martial arts are not true, I have tried my best to waste energy." It can be seen that the "trick" is important when practicing boxing. Those who have worked hard for more than ten years and achieved little results are also because they don't understand anything. As for the knowledge of practicing Qi, the ancestors dictated it rarely in books, so that it is difficult for later scholars to understand it. Today I will briefly explain it.
People who practice qi and keep in good health can live longer if they have enough vitality. However, it is not a gimmick. If you want this noble spirit to become a martial arts stunt, you must practice it specially, that is, you must be good at gathering and luck. The qi transported by Wushu is called "mixed qi", which is different from the qi of meridians. This qi does not run on Sunday in the order of the twelve meridians, but the qi of the whole body is one. According to the needs of posing, when you go up and down, you condense together when you gather, lurk in the abdomen, and when you send it, it runs through the four tips, ups and downs, and opens and closes left and right. Every time you are defeated by the enemy, if there is a force between your abdomen and navel, you will suddenly reach the top from your waist and back, and you will feel bright and brave. Landing drills are available at any time, and dragons, tigers, eagles, bears, birds, monkeys, snakes, birds, swallows and chickens are all suitable for change, and victory or defeat stands in an instant. This is the work of Hunyuan. If you practice this mixed element, you must talk about posture. Although qi is the basis of posture, posture is the reason why you use strength. The two are both external and internal, interdependent and indispensable.
When practicing, you should start from the dry Kun pile and the three-body pile and get through the airway. According to the requirements of the boxing classics, that is, the eight classes mentioned above, the tongue and the top teeth knock on the valley, and the three hearts are in harmony ... All methods are used to enrich the abdomen and guide the air to pass through the five levels of liver, heart, spleen, lung and kidney without hindrance. That is, the boxing classics say: "The five elements are the five levels, and no one keeps them." . Then, on the basis of chopping, bumping, drilling, cannon and horizontal five fists, qi is driven by ideas, and the movement of internal qi drives the change of form, so that the qi of Dantian lives back in the chest from the spine, fills the abdomen, overflows with dirt, rushes to the top, condenses on the ribs, and fills the limbs with the change of posture. This is the root of form and meaning. Gong Zhuang and five elements boxing are basically used as the basic forms of practice, whether they are beginners or people with profound knowledge. These postures have very strict requirements both in appearance and inner spirit, and there are clear rules in boxing. If there is "the fist is lifted high out of the cloud gate, the lungs relax and breathe freely, and the small business guides the breathing, and the effect of repairing the disability is like a god." "The fist break started in Datun, and I was so angry that I was like an archer. The news must have dried up." As far as the three-body pile is concerned, from the perspective of psychological adjustment, it requires a high concentration of mind and a state of relaxation and tranquility. Everything is empty and shines at the moment. This is nothingness. From the perspective of regulating qi, a heat flow in Dantian can be guided to flow around the second pulse of Rendu, and then take the road of five air flows to Yuan, up to Mudu, down to springs, heads, hands and limbs ... electricity is closely connected, and the flow around it is seamless. The whole body is full of momentum, meaning between moving and not moving. Judging from the physical adjustment, there are chicken legs, dragons, bears, arms and monkeys holding their heads behind their backs. There are strict rules on the relationship between opponents and feet, elbows and knees, shoulders and hips, bodies and limbs, front feet and hind feet ... All parts of the whole body, which is the "truth of truth". Chickens have the power to fly, bears have the power to buckle their arms and erect their necks, monkeys have the power to sink their shoulders and relax, and dragons are magically tortuous. This is the true meaning of truth. Nothing is still, nothing is moving, always inhaling and exhaling, rising and falling, opening and closing the ribs, and breathing in the abdomen. The two bones should be bent as much as possible, the big ribs at the tail should be straight, the crotch should be supported internally, and the crotch should be opened outwards. When the whole body is twisted outward, the gas of the spring can be revealed from it. Go straight ahead, don't go out before, don't lift after. The chest should be empty, the abdomen should be heavy, and the kidneys should be wet to help the heart fire. Heart and kidney intersect, qi gradually gathers, and spirit grows for a long time. Therefore, those who are good at boxing, practice hard to nourish their qi, adjust fire and water, walk like a dragon, move like a tiger, walk like a monkey, combine inside and outside, and be energetic in it. The truth is in harmony with the Tao, the inner and outer gods are in harmony, and they move and rotate with each other, reciprocating, prevailing in one breath, not stagnant, and circulating endlessly, which is called "stopping", that is, the realm of deification in boxing. This is called Tao.
