The board is about -25cm long and weighs 3kg (excluding the fixer).
However, it can't be made of iron plate. The veneer is made of high-quality wood core with excellent elasticity, and the bottom of the board is made of scratch-resistant polymer material. If you ski on the iron plate, you probably won't change the blades. I think thick plexiglass is stronger and easier to process than iron plate.
I advise you not to do it yourself. Now foreign trade boards and second-hand boards are not expensive 500- 1000, which is better than making them.
