1) First of all, determine the installation position of the license plate recognition machine, which will directly affect the license plate recognition effect. It needs to be decided according to the site environment and the conditions of each entrance and exit. Generally, a camera is installed in one lane. If the direction of the car is not fixed when it enters the lane, the recognition will be affected if the angle is too large. Therefore, it is necessary to consider installing a sub-camera to ensure that the front of the car can be identified no matter which side it is biased.
2) Secondly, if snapshot recognition is used, it is necessary to determine the installation position of the camera and the coil: the best distance between the camera and the coil in the direction of the car is 4-4.5m. The position of the coil should ensure that when the vehicle triggers the vehicle detector, the direction in front of the vehicle is biased towards the camera as far as possible, so that the camera can take a clear and complete picture. If it is a single lane (the entrance and exit are in the same lane), you need to use a two-way vehicle detector.
If the video recognition mode is used, there is no need to install the ground loop and the vehicle detector.
3) Then determine the position of the gate and the anti-smashing coil: the gate is generally installed on the same side of the camera, behind the camera (installed 30cm away from the vertical pole of the camera to ensure that the gate can be easily opened). The position of the anti-smashing coil is centered under the brake lever to ensure that no part of the car body is under the brake lever when the front trigger coil and the rear leave the coil.
4) The camera and road brake should be installed on a solid ground. If the ground is brick or asphalt, it is necessary to consider pouring cement piers on the broken road surface to increase stability.
Before the installation of the above equipment, it is necessary to determine the route mode of the line and reserve the threading pipe in advance according to the installation position of the equipment. In order to ensure that the recognition effect will not be affected by the vehicle speed, it is suggested to install a speed bump to control the vehicle speed.

1) Configuration of computers and servers: Computers are usually placed in exit kiosks or duty rooms for charging.
The server is placed in the customer's office or sentry box according to the customer's needs. If it is placed in the office, it is necessary to lay optical fiber from the sentry box to the server. When investigating the site, it is necessary to estimate the distance between the optical fiber and the nearest sentry box and leave a margin. If the customer does not need to set up a separate server, he will use the booth machine as the server to install the database and FTP service.
2) Select the switch according to the number of devices to be networked. Generally choose Gigabit 8-port or 5-port switches. The switch should be placed in a nearby sentry box or distribution box.
3) Fabrication of safety islands and warning posts: Safety islands are set according to needs and site conditions, and are generally poured with concrete. The size of the safety island should ensure that there is enough installation space for equipment such as sentry boxes or road gates, and it will not affect the traffic of vehicles. When pouring the safety island, the threading pipe should be embedded. After the safety island is completed, it can be painted to increase the eye-catching effect.
The sentry box is generally installed at the exit of the parking lot to facilitate charging. The size depends on the size or installation location of the safety island, but there must be enough space in the booth to accommodate computers and other equipment and toll collectors.
4) The installation of the distribution box can be selected to be installed on the safety island or placed in the sentry box or duty room. If it is placed outdoors, it should be rain-proof and well grounded.

1) The power supply bus of the equipment shall use cables not less than RVV3* 1.5, and the integrated box, all-in-one machine and road brake shall be grounded. The power-on and power-off of the bus should be selected according to the total power of all equipment to prevent overload tripping.
2) When transmitting network data, use Category 6 network cable. When the transmission distance is greater than 100 meters, it is necessary to lay optical fibers. Generally, single-mode optical fiber is used. At least 2 cores shall be reserved for each optical fiber access point on site. The total number of cores is determined according to the number of access points and the number of fusion cores of each access point. When transmitting 485 signal, use shielded cable.
When threading, strong and weak wires must be separated.
3) Gigabit single-mode dual-fiber optical transceivers can be selected, and each pair of transceivers uses 2-core optical fibers. The specific model and quantity can be determined according to the needs of customers or projects.
4) Outdoor wiring shall be protected by JDG galvanized iron pipe and fixed. The buried wiring is laid with PVC pipes, and the indoor wiring is also protected and fixed with PVC pipes.
