Huashan Temple Monument, the full name is "Han Xiyue Huashan Temple Monument", referred to as "Huashan Monument", also known as "Yanyan Monument" "Xi Huayue Monument" Stone Carvings of the Eastern Han Dynasty. It was established in the eighth year of Yanxi (165) of the Eastern Han Dynasty. It was destroyed by an earthquake in the 34th year of Jiajing reign of Ming Dynasty (1555).
The inscription has 22 lines, with 38 words per line. The seal script on the forehead of the stele reads "Xiyue Huashan Temple Stele". Due to the destruction of the original stone, there are only four rubbings handed down from generation to generation, namely the "Changyuan edition", "Huayin edition" (i.e. "Guanzhong edition"), "Siming edition", and "Li Wentian edition" (or "Linglongshan Guan edition"). ). The "Changyuan version" was collected by Wang Wensun of Changyuan, Hebei Province, and has now flowed into Japan. The "Guanzhong version" was collected by Dongyunju, Shaanxi Province in the Ming Dynasty. It was also written by Wang Hong, a native of Huayin, and is now in the Palace Museum in Beijing. The "Siming Edition" was collected by Fengdaosheng in Siming (now Ningbo) and is now in the Palace Museum, Beijing.
The "Li Wentian Edition" was collected by brothers Ma Yuelu and Ma Yue_ in the early Qing Dynasty, and later belonged to Li Wentian. This edition is now at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
