six tasks of site management
the site is a place where enterprises engage in production value-added activities such as production, sales and research and development.
On-site management refers to the rational allocation and optimal combination of various factors in the production process in order to effectively realize the business objectives of the enterprise, so as to achieve comprehensive management with excellent quality, reliable delivery time, low cost and marketable products.
generally speaking, the matters that the team leader must manage on site include production efficiency, cost reduction, production safety, personnel training and quality control, which can be summarized as the following six tasks.
1. Personnel motivation. Enhance the centripetal force of personnel and maintain high morale.
2. Job control. Make a perfect work plan, explore good working methods and improve work efficiency.
3. Quality control. Do a good job in product quality control and implement independent quality assurance standards to achieve zero defect requirements.
4. Equipment maintenance. Operate the equipment correctly and realize the zero failure of production.
5. Safe operation. Take necessary measures to ensure the safety of personnel and products.
6. Cost control. Save materials, eliminate waste and reduce costs.
the "eight-character method" of safety management
goes. It is necessary to move around more, implement circular walking management, fully understand the field work, ensure that there are no omissions in the work arrangement and weak links, and ensure the safety of operation.
connect. The shift team conducts investigation on potential safety hazards, equipment operation, civilization and hygiene, and forms a seamless connection with the pre-shift safety reconfirmation of the succession team, so as to pre-control risks and create a "protection chain" for safety production.
listen. Listen to employees' reasonable suggestions on safety production at any time on site, and adopt favorable suggestions in time after discussion and analysis.
look. That is, carefully check all the places and posts at the scene, carefully find unsafe factors, keep your eyes open and find problems at all times.
speak. Make use of the pre-shift meeting to confirm employees' physical and mental conditions, properly handle different situations, ensure employees' physical and mental conditions are good when they take up their posts, and explain the safety operation measures, the safety situation at the job site and matters needing attention to employees in detail, so that the word "safety" can always be remembered in employees' hearts.
means. Every time you go to a job, point out the unsafe factors or hidden dangers you find, tell the employees the best solution, and make rectification within a limited time.
stare. In case of unexpected problems or unsafe places, we should keep an eye on them in time, grasp the key points and solve the problems as soon as possible.
analysis. On the basis of adhering to the mature and standardized practices in the past, we are good at summing up, drawing inferences from others, innovating ideas, changing the focus on analysis results into the focus on analysis reasons, changing the rectification after the event into prevention in advance, and realizing the zero goal of safe production.
