6. It is strictly forbidden to enter the confined space in violation of the operating procedures, conduct temporary electricity operation, and engage in pressure vessel operation without a license. Offenders will be given administrative sanctions and undergo off-the-job training; If the consequences are caused, the labor contract shall be terminated.

Seven, it is forbidden to dangerous chemicals handling personnel leave their posts, offenders will be given administrative sanctions and undergo training; If the consequences are caused, the labor contract shall be terminated.

Eight, it is forbidden to radioactive sources, blasting equipment management personnel to leave their posts, offenders will be given administrative sanctions and undergo training; If the consequences are caused, the labor contract shall be terminated.

Legal basis: Measures for the Implementation of Safety Production License for Hazardous Chemicals Production Enterprises Article 3 An enterprise shall obtain a safety production license for hazardous chemicals in accordance with the provisions of these Measures (hereinafter referred to as the safety production license). Enterprises that have not obtained the safety production license shall not engage in the production of dangerous chemicals. Enterprises involved in the use of toxic substances shall obtain occupational health and safety licenses in addition to safety production licenses.
