Announcement on carrying out the professional assessment of land valuers in 2007 and related matters

In order to implement the Administrative Measures for Qualification Examination of Land Appraisers (Order No.35 of the Ministry of Land and Resources), according to the relevant requirements of the Notice on Organizing the Qualification Examination of Land Appraisers in 2006 (issued by the Ministry of Land and Resources 129), China Land Appraisers Association conducted a practical assessment on those who passed the qualification examination of land appraisers in 2006. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the professional evaluation object

The practice evaluation of land valuers is divided into professional practice and professional evaluation. Anyone who has passed the 2006 national land appraiser qualification examination, obtained the qualification certificate of land appraiser and worked in a land appraisal institution shall be deemed to have completed two years of professional practice when registering in 2006, and may participate in the professional assessment in 2007.

1. Obtained a doctorate or intermediate title or above in related disciplines of land valuation (including land management, real estate management, urban planning, economy, geography and construction engineering, the same below);

2. Obtained a master's degree or a second bachelor's degree in land valuation related disciplines and graduated from a postgraduate class, with more than 2 years of relevant professional work experience;

3. Obtain a bachelor's degree in land valuation related disciplines and have more than 4 years of relevant professional work experience;

4. Obtain a college degree in land valuation related disciplines and have more than 6 years of relevant professional work experience.

On September 30th, 2007, China Land Appraisers Association issued the announcement of the interview and assessment of land appraisers in 2007. By the end of registration, a total of 548 people had applied for professional practice assessment. Upon examination, 4 17 people (attached table 1) meet the above conditions, and 3/kloc-0 people (attached table 2) need further verification. Only when the retest results meet the reporting conditions can you participate in the practical assessment.

Second, the professional evaluation method

In 2007, professional assessment was adopted in the practice assessment, that is, experts were organized to assess the comprehensive ability of professional practitioners from the aspects of professional skills and professional ethics by reviewing all kinds of materials submitted by professional practitioners according to the practice assessment standards; Special circumstances are conducted by interview.

1, comprehensive evaluation method

(1) Materials to be submitted for comprehensive evaluation:

① Summary of professional practice;

2. A case report reflecting my professional technical ability and professional ethics, or 1 paper published in official journals;

(3) List of evaluation projects or other related scientific research and teaching achievements during professional practice.

(2) Through comprehensive evaluation of conditions

Those who submit the above materials as required and meet one of the following conditions can directly determine that they have passed the practice examination. However, it is necessary to provide materials (which can be photocopies) that can prove that I meet the requirements for direct participation in the review, and prove the authenticity of the materials and sign the photocopies. If there is a fixed number of years required in the identification conditions, a certificate shall be issued by the corresponding work unit, which shall be signed by the institutional legal person and stamped with the official seal of the unit.

(3) In 2006, he obtained a bachelor's degree in land valuation related disciplines and had more than 5 years of relevant professional work experience;

(4) Obtained a college degree in land valuation related disciplines, and had more than 7 years of relevant professional work experience when registering in 2006;

⑤ Having worked in the same land appraisal institution for more than 2 years when registering in 2006 (inclusive);

6. Publicly publish 3 papers on land management and real estate evaluation in official journals;

⑦ There are monographs on land management and real estate economic management;

Participate in more than 2 scientific research projects at or above the provincial level in related industries and have been completed;

2. Special interview methods

Special circumstances include the following:

(1) Those who meet the evaluation conditions and have no time to prepare materials voluntarily register;

(two) the expert can not make an accurate judgment on the authenticity of the appraisal materials; Or according to the assessment materials, it is not certain whether the students have practical ability;

(3) being recommended by an exception;

(four) did not submit the evaluation materials and make a complaint;

(5) The examiner is reported;

(6) Other circumstances requiring an interview.

3. Format of submission materials for professional evaluation

Anyone who participates in professional evaluation shall submit professional evaluation materials according to the following requirements:

(1) Abstracts, cases and papers are printed on one side of A4 paper and bound in triplicate (only one monograph is required);

(2) Material title (Microsoft No.3 is bold in black and centered)

(3) the author's name and unit (including postal code, Microsoft Yahei No.5, centered);

(4) Abstract (no more than 300 words, Microsoft Yahei No.5);

(5) Keywords (3 ~ 5, the number five is bold);

Third, time requirements.

1, 3 1 For those who need to be re-examined, please contact China Land Appraisers Association for re-examination before March 3, 2008. If you fail to contact them within the time limit, no professional assessment will be arranged.
