2. Application Materials
1. Application report. The report must state the unit name, address, site name, business nature, business projects, amount and source of registered capital, etc.;
2. Articles of Association;
3. The identity, resume, academic certificate and other materials of the proposed legal representative or responsible person and supervisor;
4 .Proof of property ownership or use of the business premises;
5. Location map of the business premises and floor plan of the premises.
3. Procedures
1. In the application stage, the applicant should go to the Wuhou District Culture and Sports Bureau with relevant materials as required to collect and fill in the "Chengdu Cultural Business Registration Application Form" ;
2. The applicant brings relevant materials to the Social Planning Office for review and signature as required;
3. With the approval of the District Culture and Sports Bureau, the "Cultural Business License" can be applied for certificate". (Because regulations stipulate that the lowest authority for approval of the "Cultural Business License" lies with the district-level government, so you need to go to the district government to apply directly.)
