Every tea set has a nice name

As the saying goes, if a worker wants to do his job well, he must first sharpen his tools. In daily tea art, tea ceremony performances or daily tea drinking, you can always see many bottles and jars placed on the tea table. This is the tea set we need when drinking tea. In the tea culture that has accumulated from ancient times to the present, various tea sets have been given names with profound cultural heritage.

The covered bowl of the main infusion vessel. Lu Yu, the tea sage, once described it in his "Tea Classic": "The cover of the bowl means heaven, the cover means earth, and the cover means human beings." Therefore, the lidded bowl is also called the Sancai Cup, which means that heaven contains it, earth carries it, and man nurtures it. Gaiwan is suitable for brewing black tea, oolong tea, dark tea, white tea and yellow tea. That is, except for green tea, which is suitable for brewing in glass cups, all other teas are suitable for brewing in gaiwan.

The main brewing vessel is a purple clay pot. As the saying goes, "What's the point of acquiring jewelry in the world? Yixing purple sand is the most important." The purple clay pot is a unique hand-made clay handicraft in China. It was created during the Zhengde period of the Ming Dynasty. The raw material for its production is purple clay. It was produced in Dingshu Town, Yixing, Jiangsu, so it is also called Yixing purple clay pot. Zisha teapots are not suitable for brewing green tea due to their strong heat preservation properties, as the vitamins in green tea can easily be destroyed if the heating time is too long.

The Gongdao Cup, also known as the Sea of ??Tea and the Gongbei, is one of the indispensable tea sets at the tea party. When tea is poured directly into the tea cup, it is easy for the tea in the front to be weak and the tea in the back to be strong. Use a fair cup to pour the tea directly into the fair cup, and then introduce the tea in the fair cup into the guests' tea cups, so that the tea soup does not become light at first and then strong, thereby ensuring that the tea soup in each guest's cup has the same taste.

The tea cup is the tea cup or the host cup. Tea cup is a special tea cup used for drinking tea and viewing tea soup. Most tea lovers will choose their own master cup. When making tea for a customer, the customer's tea cup is generally not filled to the top. As the saying goes: "Full tea deceives the guest", so the tea is filled to 70%.

A water boiler is also called a water boiler. Boiling water is one of the most important procedures for making tea. Mastering the skills of boiling water and how to control the water temperature is the key to making a successful cup of tea.

The Six Gentlemen of the Tea Ceremony. There are four gentlemen in flowers, namely "plum, orchid, bamboo and chrysanthemum"; in tea ceremony, there are six gentlemen, namely "teaspoon, tea needle, tea drain, tea clip, tea rule and tea tube".

The tea spoon of the Six Gentlemen is also called a tea spoon. It is called a teaspoon because it is shaped like a spoon. It is a utensil for holding tea into the pot;

The Tea Needle of the Six Gentlemen ( Tea pass) is to dredge the inner net (honeycomb) of the teapot to keep the water flowing smoothly. When the spout is blocked by tea leaves, it is used to dredge it, or after adding the tea leaves, spread the tea leaves evenly, with the broken tea at the bottom and the whole tea at the top;

The Six Gentlemen's Tea Strainer is placed on the mouth of the pot when placing tea to guide the tea into the pot and prevent the tea leaves from falling out of the pot;

Liujunzi’s tea clip is also called a tea shovel. The function of the tea clip is the same as that of tea. It can take the tea residue out of the pot. It is also often used to wash the tea cup. It is anti-scalding and hygienic;

The Six Gentlemen’s Tea Principles, also known as the tea dial, is mainly used to scoop out the brewed tea. The tea leaves in the pot are often tightly packed after brewing. The teapot is full, and the mouth of the general teapot is not large. It is neither convenient nor hygienic to dig out the tea leaves by hand, so the tea rule is used.

It can also be used with a teaspoon to stir tea leaves into the teapot, hence the name tea dial;

Liujunzi's tea tube is a container for holding tea art supplies.
