In the second year of Shaoxing in the Southern Song Dynasty (1 132), Song Gaozong and Zhao Gou returned to Hangzhou for the second time. He took a fancy to this "paradise on earth" in the southeast, and he was determined to achieve the ultimate goal. So he went from an emperor to a literati businessman. Hangzhou has a history of more than 2200 years since the establishment of the county government in Qin Dynasty. It was the capital of Wu Yueguo and the Southern Song Dynasty.
