Mantuo Villa is known as the No. 1 village in the north of Saibei. It is located in the west of Heshiketeng Banner, Chifeng City, on Mantuo Mountain on the south bank of Dali Lake, one of the four famous lakes in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Mantuo Villa is named after the nearby Mantuo Mountain. "Mantuo" means the place where gods live. Mantuo Villa has natural landscapes such as mountains, lakes, deserts, jungles, and grasslands, as well as cultural monuments from the Liao and Yuan dynasties. Six kilometers to the east are the ruins of Longxing Temple and Jingfan Shuiyun Cave of the Yuan Dynasty; 15 kilometers to the west are the ruins of Lu Palace, the capital city of the Northern Yuan Dynasty; and 15 kilometers to the north are places of interest such as Genghis Khan's Fort.
