Why doesn’t the modern Chinese navy use the names Dingyuan and Zhenyuan?

The Chinese names of ships are not randomly chosen, but have strict regulations. With the approval of the Central Military Commission, the Chinese Navy promulgated the "Naval Ship Naming Regulations" on November 18, 1978, which stipulated the naming agencies, naming rules and related regulations for various types of ships. On July 10, 1986, the Chinese Navy supplemented and revised the "Naval Ship Naming Regulations", requiring that the names of foreign ships and domestic ships be distinguished from those of foreign ships and that they must be both rational and rational. There are many requirements such as easy memory, clear pronunciation, loud name, dignity and so on.
