Rice steamer, also called rice steamer, rice steamer or rice steamer. Refers to the large kitchen baking equipment that uses electricity and gas to heat and cook rice. Stainless steel steamer (stainless steel square pot) is used as the inner container. In order to facilitate movement, universal wheels are installed under the equipment, so it looks like a car. The car body is cabinet-shaped and made of stainless steel, generally 304 stainless steel. Steamed rice trucks are mostly used in large canteens such as hotels, military units, schools and factories. In addition to steaming rice, steamed bread and steamed buns, rice cookers can also steam meat such as pork, chickens and ducks, as well as seafood steamers specializing in steaming seafood, and can also stew soup.
Second, the use of matters
First, before using the rice cooker, you must install the leakage protection switch and check the electrical circuit. The shell shall be effectively grounded and the wiring shall be firm. It is strictly prohibited to use without leakage protection switch and effective grounding.
2. Before use, put the machine flat, connect the input steam pipe, and put away the rice plate and steamed bread plate. Put it in a box, add some water, electrify (or steam) for 30 minutes to achieve good disinfection effect, and then add rice, steamed bread and vegetables.
Three, the use of electric heating, the water tank must be filled with water, do not send electricity without water, in case of burning electrical appliances.
4. When heating with steam, put the food to be cooked into the box and close the door. The top of the steamed rice is equipped with a pneumatic safety ball valve. air pressure
When it reaches a certain pressure, the pneumatic ball valve will automatically burst open and steam will overflow, which is a normal phenomenon. It is forbidden to press the pneumatic ball valve with an object.
5. Allow a small amount of steam to overflow from the cracks in the non-high pressure sealed container of the rice steamer. It is normal for the steam overflow to increase after a few minutes of steam input.
Six, steamed lunch box shell should not be near the acid and alkali corrosion, in order to prevent corrosion and oxidation.
Seven, after steaming, the steamer should be cleaned, and the surface of the electric heating element should be scrubbed regularly (usually twice a week), but the surface should not be scraped with a metal shovel with excellent performance, and the water in the water tank should be replaced in time.
Third, maintenance matters.
Remember that the pressure relief valve on the lower left side of the rice steamer must not be stuck or blocked, and it is not allowed to discharge steam from the external joint to avoid accidents caused by pipeline blockage. The floating ball valve should be checked by the parties to see if it is normal and the running water is smooth. If it is found that the inlet hole is blocked by scale, it should be treated as soon as possible to avoid water shortage and dry burning. Attention should be paid to external steam; The non-high pressure sealed container of this rice steamer needs full steam to input pressure, and it is not allowed to be used under overpressure to avoid danger. After steaming every time, drain the remaining water in the water tank twice a week and remove the scale to prevent the scale from accumulating on the floating ball valve and heating pipe to block the valve and dry the heating pipe. If there is scale, inject 5% citric acid deep solution into the water tank for heating and cooking 15 minutes, then remove the scale, and then rinse the sewage at the bottom of the next water tank with clean water.
