Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Industrial and Commercial Enterprises
Article 2 The following production and business units (hereinafter referred to as industrial and commercial enterprises) in the industries of industry, transportation, construction, commerce, foreign trade, catering, service, tourism, handicrafts and repair shall be registered in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations:
