What's the difference between a dictionary and a dictionary?

There is a difference between the two in content and acquisition.

2. The dictionary lists words, phrases and concepts by subject or discipline, and gives explanations, definitions, examples and usage. It usually arranges words by subject or discipline, which is convenient for users to find related words by subject or discipline.
