The correct way of tai chi step

The correct way to take Tai Chi steps is as follows:

Formula: The center of gravity should be different from the actual situation, the height of the feet should be moderate, the horizontal distance should be kept when the feet run, the stride size should be appropriate, the ups and downs should be light and steady, and the upper and lower limbs should be coordinated.

The way to go:

1, the hands are naturally vertical, the distance between the front and rear feet is shoulder width, 70% of the center of gravity is in the front right foot, and 30% is in the rear left foot. The right foot should relax the groin, retract the hip root and relax the shoulder. At the same time, the hip bone of the left foot leans forward slightly, the waist collapses and the hip sags.

2. It means that the right hip in front is the axis of rotation, and the right foot is driven by the right hip. The right hip is active and the right foot is passive. You should loosen, sink and turn, and run slowly and evenly.

3. Move the center of gravity forward, and buckle the buttocks at the same time (the buttocks are retracted, slightly buckled to the left) to drive the heel and sole of the left foot backward. When bending the hip, relax the left shoulder (the shoulder of the virtual foot), such as putting the thumb of the right hand on the groin of the right leg.

4. Then put down your hips and lift your left toe off the ground. When the buttocks droop, the left big toe and the second big toe will grab the ground instantly, so you should use vain force. The left foot is about 1-2 cm high from the ground.

5. Driven by the rotation of waist and hip, the left foot takes a big step forward in an arc.

6. Relax the hip joint with your left foot, gently land the knee heel forward, then relax the ankle joint, heel and sole, and stick your toes to the ground.

7. Relax your crotch, straighten your cheekbones and change the center of gravity of your feet. The left foot in front is loose and the shoulder is heavy, and the right foot in the back is loose and collapsed.
